That's what happened outside the Market Basket when I spotted a woman in a top-down 996 911. Perfect. She raved about VSR and so it went into my "check it out" mental folder. One nice thing for me is they're only about a five minute drive. Unexpected for sure but super convenient. I cruised by and saw a ton of beautiful older BMWs and a single Porsche. Clearly the bulk of their work isn't from Stuttgart. But when I went in to chat I saw two 911s up on lifts and that was enough. Since then I've had minor stuff done and it's always been done thoroughly and correctly. They're very easy to talk to and truly know their stuff. I've been an engineer for a whole lotta time, and with that experience comes a good sense for competence. And these guys have it. Having discovered VSR I can breathe a sigh of relief at not having to go here there and everywhere anymore to try and suss out "a good guy". And they don't just do the usual wrenching but will handle any size job. So if Rosie's engine ever needs a rebuild/replacement (which Porsche's occasionally do, sad to say) they'll be the ones I choose to do it.
