Not only was he rude but unaware of mass laws. A clear license cover is ONLY illegal in Mass if it hinders viewing the license plate. He charged me an additional $10 to remove the plate cover and also mentioned he may not have the proper tool to remove it. he is a mechanic. You would think you would have the necessary tools. This man was so rude and I feel he took advantage of me. I also called the Registry and was told I was correct that if you can't read it it is illegal. i will never return to this station as they are unprofessional!
