I rented this trailer for a trip to Texas and needed to tow 6 bikes. This trailer comfortably and safely accommodated 6 street bikes. Rental was straightforward, with excellent communication from the owner. Motorcycle chocks were provided, and a tow hitch was available for rent. The trailer was in excellent condition and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.

A 20' x 7' gravity tilt car hauler was rented and the experience was all great. Everything needed was included and worked without and issue. Would like to thank both Seth and Lindsay for the rental and their time provided to explain everything. Look forward to the next time a hauler is needed to transport my car to the next car show. I would recommend Upland Trailer to anyone needing a car hauler, equipment is well maintained and sharp looking.

Just did a quick one day rental and could not be more happy with my experience. From the booking, adjusting pick up time, pick up and drop off the whole experience was awesome and pleasant. I rented a 20' enclosed trailer and it looked brand new with E track running the length of the trailer floor. The trailer came with heavy duty vehicle ratchet straps, e track d rings and wheel straps. I didn't need to provide anything extra to move my vehicle. After renting trailers from other companies in the area and being disappointed I am happy to have found Upland Trailer Rentals.

I needed a trailer with a winch for 2 cars and Upland Trailer had exactly what I needed. 32ft flat bed, this thing was a beast! It was clean and in great condition. Had all the axle straps and ties needed for 2 cars. I booked easily online and when I picked it the service was phenomenal, they explained the charges and what to expect when dropping it off. My trip ended early and they allowed me to drop it off before the set time. For the price of what they charge is more than fair. I rented a dump for 1 day. I was ready to return the trailer same day. Due to them being closed I couldnt return it so it caused me to drag the trailer with me an extra day without needing it. Also to top it off I had to ruin my Sunday plans to drop off at 12pm when they open. I could have left it and locked it and dropped the key off but they said no. They set it up for their convenience and charge the customer an extra day rental!!! Not only that after explaining them why its unfair they didnt care. All they care about is that extra $ they made on me. Bad business set up a drop key box so customer can return. Never renting here again! read more

I definitely recommend Upland Trailer Rentals. We rented the Tilted Titan. Their rates are within reason. We don't move heavy equipment on the regular so we didn't know what to ask for. Lindsay asked what we were hauling and made recommendations. She also had hauling accessories we overlooked and didn't have. She is knowledgeable and showed us how the equipment works. Overall it was a safe and faster than expected job. I will rent from them again. read more

Amazing to work with this company! They have every trailer you can imagine! Very responsive when you call them or message them on Facebook. They give you a great price for 24 hours and the whole process is amazing!! My first time I rented a car trailer, they were very attentive and honestly best trailer I ever rented. Had a winch, straps and everything you need to have a trailer and car in the back. The second rental had a dump trailer and it was hydraulic! Again super easy to use and just amazing!! Great service, was quickly guided to the exact trailer I needed. No other rental spot had the right wider size trailers for a 4x4 truck with large off-road tires. These folks did. Upland trailers is the best but it's because Seth and Lindsey are the best. Great trailer options and outstanding pricing. They are not corporate owned A-holes, that means they are hands on and human with flexibility and understanding when appropriate. I had unbelievable difficulties having to run up to Montana and back and they were extremely helpful and supportive. I also got many compliments on how nice the trailer was that I was renting. I shopped several options including the basic U-haul approach and what I ended up getting was a far superior trailer at half the price and none of the BS restrictions imposed by other companies. They get 5 stars in every area of service. read more

My trucks transmission went out on the freeway. Needed a trailer to help me move it to my buddys repair shop. Seth was very communicative with scheduling a pick up last minute. Nice sturdy trailer with a winch that helped me load my truck hassle free. All equipment I can possibly need was included with the rental. Can't get any better than that! read more

Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them!

We rented the Tracer for 3 nights for our 4th of July camping trip to Serrano Campground/Big Bear this year( I know, it took me a while to review but didn't want to rush it) . We requested the RV be delivered and it was waiting for us with the AC running on a hot summer day. The RV looked beautiful- very well maintained, smelled nice and fresh. The towels were clean and crisp, the bedding immaculate, they provided pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, paper towel, etc ( they even included a camping outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs and beautiful decor) The owners, a beautiful couple, were very informative, didn't lose patience with the many questions we asked them before booking and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. They were very generous to us and treated us like friends although it was our first time using them. Overall, our experience with this business exceeded our expectations: from the affordable price, excellent customer service and beautiful unit. I recommend them 100% .

These people are complete crooks. I called them to rent a trailer I put a deposit on a 21 foot trailer. The owner phoned me the day before as he didn't have the trailer available. So he offered the bigger trailer which was a huge inconvenience. The day we were supposed to return the trailer by 9 PM my wife was driving on the Freeway and her drive train went out in her car so I immediately called and let Seth know that the trailer was not gonna be able to be returned back by 9 PM was that OK. He said that it was OK when I returned the trailer very early in the morning about 6:30 AM his wife took the trailer back and informed me that I was gonna be getting an extra charge of half A-day even though the trailer was brought back 1st thing in the morning which I did not agree. Seth held it back knowing I would have a problem with it. The least they could have done is said and told me on the phone and giving me the option to get it back that evening. You earned this review. Your not above anyone making threats to me. I'm the customer. In most business's the customer is right. Try having compassion instead of harassing your customer. I felt very offended by your slanderous comments and bizarre behavior. Your pathetic and I can only hope this effects your business 100 This isn't over as a charge back has been filed. Rented a 2 car hauler and everything went great! Used it to haul my 2 trucks to Dino's in Glendale, AZ with no problems whatsoever. Smooth ride. Got there, they hooked it up, went over some things and rolled out. All 8 straps and axle straps provided as well. Price is unbeatable compared to others. read more
