My trip ended early and they allowed me to drop it off before the set time. For the price of what they charge is more than fair. I rented a dump for 1 day. I was ready to return the trailer same day. Due to them being closed I couldnt return it so it caused me to drag the trailer with me an extra day without needing it. Also to top it off I had to ruin my Sunday plans to drop off at 12pm when they open. I could have left it and locked it and dropped the key off but they said no. They set it up for their convenience and charge the customer an extra day rental!!! Not only that after explaining them why its unfair they didnt care. All they care about is that extra $ they made on me. Bad business set up a drop key box so customer can return. Never renting here again! read more

They are not corporate owned A-holes, that means they are hands on and human with flexibility and understanding when appropriate.
