Would never rent from them ever again. They are cheaper than other sites but you get what you pay for. Toured at least 5 class A RVs several months before our trip. Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them! read more

We booked with them because my parents have always had good experiences but mine was not so good. We arrive to pick up our Rv and realize the Rv is a little old and had but it wasn't a huge problem, signed all the paperwork and left. On our way to the gas station, my mom who is behind us, calls and tells me the break lights are out. We arrive to gas station and check them and indeed one is very dim and the other is out completely, we then called the company and informed them , when we were told that we already signed the paperwork saying we checked everything so there was nothing they could do, but in reality they didn't even start the truck make sure it was running good, didn't check blinkers or anything. Maybe that part we should have done but you would think they would be thinking of peoples safety, they would have known that already. Then when arriving to our destination, we realize our hot water heater doesn't work, we tried literally everything and it didn't work. My dad (who is familiar with RVs) checked it and it didn't turn on so we ended up taking ice cold showers the entire time we were there. Fast forward to when we turn it in and tell them they advise us their mechanic is will have to look at it and get back to us. A couple days go by and we are told it works....which I expected they would say since they don't want to refund us the $10 a day or whatever it is. I was disappointed in this Rv and company and wish we would have done more research. If you rent from them check literally EVERYTHING before you leave. read more

Great experience! We rented a trailer for 2+ weeks and loved it! Cely was so helpful and gracious when I came out in advance to see and select the right one for us. I was deciding btw 2 trailers, and they were just like the pictures online. The trailer I wanted needed a couple of repairs and she couldn't promise anything but did her best and got it done for us! Cely helped make it easy with the paperwork by email, and her staff installed the hitch on our truck and helped us hook up. The trailer was very clean and comfortable. I wish I had taken their insurance for $20/day, because we had some damage and it wd have been less than our deductible. When I notified her, she was kind and helpful and never made me feel bad about it. She went out of her way to fix it for the lowest cost possible. I rented from a different SMC location before and had a good experience, but Cely and SMC Riverside was the best! read more

have sent this email to this company and had a conversation with the owner Lisa good luck trying to get any support from them besides trying to blame everything on us and having no accountability on their part they are extremely unprofessional. Lisa said they were new tires but I suspect they don't change the tires and just charge the owners of the RV for tires but they don't get changed. The tire that was supposedly new looked really old. Do not rent from them you will regret it. You will put your family at risk look at their office and surroundings looks dirty and nasty just like all the office staff run down and unprofessional. If they don't spend money on up keeping themselves and their office why would you think they will spend money on the safety of your family. Bottom line they just care about money what ever is the cheapest. Do not rent from them I guarantee that you will regret besides charging and you erroneous fees. The owner of the company had advised us to keep driving our RV after we had told him the tire was coming apart in chunks. All they did is reimbursed us for the tire and told us that normally they do not reimburse For a blown tire since they assume that we the renter is liable for tire damages. I am extremely disappointed in renting this RV from you guys we paid top dollar to rent an RV from you guys the last minute there was a chance in our reservation and we got a different RV from what we originally had reserved. The RV we received had a ton of issues including safety issues that I feel should have been caught at the very beginning. It looks like no one inspected it inside or outside. Their daughter a is the office manager and was laughing at everything. I told her that she is not part of the conversation and to get out. My family safety is of extremely important to me and that is why we were okay to pay extra to make sure we get what we paid for. Well in this case I don't feel we got what we paid for instead we got a far less quality. The roll up shade was ripped out from the previous renter and it was explained to us that a replacement easy up was provided but we only found the frame with no cover. We had no protection from the sun the entire trip. The stereo system not working at all Spare tire was flat and unusable Had a hole (see pics) Tire thread came off (Safety)- We had to find our own tire guy to replace (no support) - the owner told us it was okay to keep driving it WTF Bed Slideout not working (my sons school and work laptops were stuck inside compartments we were not able to pull out since they were located at drawers that the bed was blocking them) A/c was not working inside cabin (blown fuse my husband fixed it) the AC was leaking and they told us it was normal and provided a towel to catch the drips Front brakes (vibrate a lot) Extremely Sluggish uphill Back up camera stops working (intermittent) Took us forever to get to our destination and get back because how slow it runs every one was passing us would not go past 35MPH read more

This was a great find for me. Having just sold a house and no were to park my 25ft travel travel, it was a much needed storage heaven. The great part is not only do I get to park my travel trailer there, share my couch is in the service of renting out your trailer for you. What??! They rent out your trailer and I get to pay for my storage with my earned rental money? That's a deal that was too good to pass up. This family owned business is a total gem! After our toyhauler was broken into a few months ago, we were in search of an RV storage facility. We were so blessed to find ShareMyCoach. They have 24hr security at their offsite lot and we have been so pleased with their customer service. We needed our toyhauler door replaced. It was going to cost us over $1000. Lisa directed me to work with Ivan who was able to repair the lock and latch so it was secure again. This gives me time to save up for a new door. At least now the door closes, opens, and locks. Rented an rv them just last week and honestly I would not recommend AT ALL! From the beginning they lacked communication and professionalism. They are grimey. First of all they failed to even do their Job correctly but were eager to take our money when we wanted to rent an rv for a whole week for EDC. They rented an rv to my brother without even asking him his age then two months later after receiving our money they tell us my brother isn't old enough to rent from them and start to give us attitude over the phone when we provided new info to have the contract changed to my name. They also were soooo annoyed that we weren't able to use his insurance they seemed so bothered about having to send us more paperwork to complete due to them not asking the correct questions two months prior when we initially booked. While getting this sorted out they kept saying "I'll send you an email" and it would take days or until we called them back to get the new forms. On the phone while we were getting the insurance stuff figured out the girl literally scoffed and said "I'm really starting to hate EDC" as if her mistake was our problem or as if it's our problem that other people also want rvs for this festival at the same time. I will say the 1 star is for the rv not giving us any problems during our trip. We booked an extra day to make sure we returned the rv the exact way we found it. We go to drop it off and some guy checks it in comes back with the paperwork and says everything is good, the generator hours are good, the gas is good, there's no damage. So we sign off and head out. A week later there is a charge on our credit card for over 100. We call back Friday, Nicole answers and says she's not at her desk and that we're going to have to call her back on Monday. We call back Monday and she says she's not at her desk again and to call her back on Tuesday. We finally get ahold of her and she says "you're supposed to return rentals with gas gas isn't free and you went over 8hours of the generator" we knew we went over a few hours and that should've only been 32 but we filled it to the same spot of gas it had when we got it. She sends us a photo of the gas meter with new writing that was not on the paper when we signed off!!!!!! Just wild how comfortable they are doing this. There was no reason for us to be charged after our all our paper work was signed off for gas. So if you are looking to rent an rv I would definitely choose another option as this place was so back and forth when we provided everything they needed as soon as they asked and on top getting charged for something that was signed off just blows my mind. Never again and I will be sharing my experience with this company on all EDC, edc camp, and festival groups in the inland empire so they are warned not to do business with this company. read more

We had our RV rented through here for over 3 years. Never made any money. They have so many rvs they do t keep up with repairs. The papers showed they supposedly waxed and kept it up. They did not. They placed an air conditioner on the roof. It leaked. They didn't repair doors that needed fixing. And the worst part they knew there was a leak and the floor was getting rotten. We are now spending over $10,000 for repairs because they changed the flor and shower and didn't seal it so there was a rotten sub floor and more. Do not trust your rv with this company read more

We got an amazing deal on a great RV for our trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Lake Havasu. These guys had a fair price and great services that are at a higher level than most rental shops! Used Share My Coach in Chino for the first time last year and it was a great experience. From the moment of talking to Lisa to start the booking to picking up the trailer, it was an easy process! Lisa helped me pick the best trailer for my group and the website was easy and the pictures and variety of trailers are great! The travel trailer we rented was in decent shape and looked just like the picture. I think their pricing is fair and reasonable. Lisa was very professional and was easy to work with and her husband Rich was very informative during the walk through of the coach and showed us where everything was and was so thorough. Picking up the trailer was quick and easy and the best part was Rich overheard that we needed to go stop by the store for ice and he offered us a few free bags of ice and even his big cooler to keep it in and said we can return it with the trailer! Now that is service with a smile! Everything worked fine and we had no problems during our trip so we never had to call them. On our return, they were just as gracious as they were at pick up! I have rented at other places, but I have to say this process felt like I was renting from a friend. Their service was excellent and it was a great and easy experience. We rented a 40ft diesel from Lisa and Rich and had a fantastic time!  We came a couple days early to familiarize ourselves with the coach, they walked us through everything and were very patient with all our questions.  On the day we picked it up it was clean, stocked with some essentials, full of gas, water and propane ready to go! We took it to Nascar for the weekend and they said they were going to be there too if we needed anything just call. Which we did need help at one point, and Rich came right over , helped us out and we were good to go again! This was the worst motorhome experience of my life! I grew up camping in our motorhome. So I knew what to expect. This was the complete opposite! When we got out to Sharemycoach Chino. We filled out all the papers, then waited over 40 mins for someone to come out and show us the motorhome and all the features. When we brought up scratches and dents, we were told those don't matter, it's just typical wear and tear. When we brought up the bathroom door lock didn't work, we were told it's temperamental and like a child lock. When we ask about leveling... we were told it didn't come with it- then oh what is that "oh I guess it does" Seriously I should have known better when I was called the day prior and told they would give us 24 hr roadside service for free. I should have cancelled and asked for my money back! The furniture was horrid- they put a cover over the couch so we would tell the upholstery was worn to the point of no color! The drivers chair is was no better. You turn a corner and doors flew open. Don't pull down the shades- it look liked blood splatter all over them as some sort of crime scene. I did my best to ignore and be grateful we got a motorhome. Until we started going through the mountains and the cruise control would kick off, the engine would skip gears and we could only do about 35mph uphill. All the while the only air conditioner in the cab of a 31ft RV decided to go on and off. Needless to say by the time we arrived at our location- for 2 funerals we were all exhausted and at witts end. We even rented a hotel for a night because it was so bad. As we drove home things got worst. A horrible propane smell filled the RV as we drove. Luckily we had an ice chest because the fridge didn't keep cool. To top it off the cleaning and sanitation that they supposedly did was non existent! My sister scrubbed on hands And knees to try and get the floor and coach clean. Didn't work. It was like it seeped from the floors. There was even food particularly left from the previous renter. So much more I could say .... I can only say---- save yourself and find someone that cares. This company does not. They knew how far we were traveling, they knew it was for 2 funerals and that we were taking my mother 80 yrs old to see her family. Yet they rented us this piece of crap with no warning, and no apology when we returned!! On the way home during road construction a rock hit the windshield. Also the ladder was broken- and she was actually trying to hold us responsible for those dents and scratches that were there previously! That we pointed out to the man that showed us the motorhome!!! She did however say she would credit us for the cleaning, and We were told we would settled up before my card was charged. The Straw that broke the camels back was a $1000 charge to my credit card with explanation! Now I'm just outraged!!! What kind of company are they running???!!! read more

Thought this experience was going to be a good one! Unfortunately Nicole rented us an RV that was not checked; not clean. My vacation was cut short due to the generator not staying on the whole time we were gone; only when we were plugged in to hook ups did the RV have cool air in over 100 degrees area. When the generator went off it was terribly hot and we were pulled over on freeway , that's when the throw up smell started to spread all over the RV we all had to stand on side of freeway until we could get help. I have to say Steve the tech was the only one trying to help us by phone but couldn't figure it out. Lesson learned will never rent from Share my Coach Chino; actually is in Ontario on Euclid. Lisa refunded only the two days that we didn't use because we came back early due to RV NOT IN WORKING ORDER....., cleaning fee and generator charge of 20 bucks! I've been beach camping for about 25 years and have done everything from basic tents to tent-trailers, fifth wheels, and motor homes. I've rented multiple RV's from a few different places and have generally had good experiences. However, Share My Coach, Chino is by far my favorite. I rented a trailer last year and a class A motor home this year. I was completely satisfied with both experiences. The staff is fair, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and they truly care about finding you the RV that matches your needs and wants. The prices are very reasonable and both of my rentals were in excellent condition as were all the others I looked at while at the lot. They have a great selection of rentals from small, basic trailers to big, luxurious coaches. I am a first time Glamper, I went to their location and was floored by the level of service and attention that was given to me by the entire staff, they answered every question and even brought up questions to me that I didn't even know I needed answering. Then the unfortune thing happen that I wasn't able to take my trip, I called to cancel and Lisa responded to me that I could possibly lose my deposit with short notice cancellation, but assured me that she would definitely do everything in her power to rent the unit for me, less than an hour it was done.
