As of April 2023, it was $85 to repair our cracked rim. Good value for a semi permanent fix (until it cracks again hitting a bad pot hole). They weld it inside and outside of the crack. This is a great option until you purchase another rim. They do ask for 24 hours to repair so you either have to leave your car or use a spare tire until they finish. Luckily they weren't that busy midweek and my wheel was done in a little over an hour. Wow! Great customer service and they have gated parking. I had to come back to Danny Gomez as my two front Hostile rims had suddenly lost the gloss and now had a sandy feel and flakey look. No one wanted to take accountability really. Poor communication. I set up an appointment 1 week ago for a lift. The appointment was Monday 3/15/21. Showed up 30 min early only to find out the sales rep wrote down the wrong date and Their fully booked today. Shocked that nobody even tried to remotely find a resolution apparently their too busy for customer service since their solution was a reschedule on 3/30/21. This place has the worst customer service . They don't won't go own up to there mistake . They just push you away and tell you to deal with it . I would not recommend getting any work done here. They didn't cut my tie rods down enough on my truck. So eventually it started messing with my steering column. When I called them to discuss the issue they said they don't cut the tie rods. But you can clearly see that they cut my tie rods they just didn't cut them to the correct length . Purchased a truck that Gomez Custom Wheels had installed the lift kit, wheels and tires, and running boards.... after a few weeks noticed the truck was sagging to one side.... I called Jr and explained the issue and he couldn't have been more helpful! Set up a time to have them inspect things, figured out the issue and he ordered the new coils and I brought it back the following week to have them installed. I showed up when they opened that day and they had the truck done in a couple of hours.... coils removed and replaced and front end aligned. The staff is great, place is clean, and the mechanics know what they are doing. I recommend this place highly, and will be going back when I'm ready for wheels and tires on the wife's car. I know you will still want to go to this place, either you have no choice OR like being bamboozled by these clowns, as for me i am done with this place. I thought 2nd time was the charm but i was sooo wrong. First time i let them slide, not today. I went for an alignment and for tires rotation and balanced. They said something wrong with my cambers that they can't do anything with the alignment. Only thing they did was rotate and balanced. Fine. Took off, drove around, car vibrates like crazy. Brought it back 2 days later and they said "oh, because you have uneven wear on your front tires..." they suggested to bring it back the way it was before (paid $40 for nothing...) After they put it back where it was before and handed my key, the guy said they're not putting my rim center cap because it's busted, I told them it was not like that before, but they don't want to take responsibility for what THEY break. And on top of that, my right rear tire has NAIL on it. I don't like argument over simple stuff, and i don't like jumping into something and accusing people, but what i do like is to WARN others how shady this place is. Out. read more
