They brighten the room and actually engage with the older kids, my girls specifically go towards the end of the week when we can find those 2 girls. The art at the entrance is my personal favorite, so inviting, with the kids name, it really stands out and makes my girls and other kids I hope feel welcome. Love how they have games going on and music to keep the mood up! Lately the kids club has been under construction, which looks bad on the grass area, not to mention it's been 3 weeks it's been overheating in there due to AC not working, poor kiddos and poor girls working shifts! Chuze do better and treat them better! Why not close down to figure it out. Besides those points, this Kids club is very bright, my girls say it's always clean in there and very inviting. I appreciate how the girls engage with them, my kids say they always ask how's school? How are you? , it makes me feel good about dropping them off while I work out. I also talked to the supervisor in there and she is lovely, great kids club, great space and very beautiful art around, makes the place look nice! Thank you Kids club girls!

Absolutely terrible location and corporate culture…read more Do not get a membership here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Chuze Fitness in Rancho Cucamonga is run by a terrible corporation that does not care about its community or its members. The management at this specific location went out of their way to falsely accuse me of violating a policy that I didn't break. Instead of acting professionally, communicating clearly, or actually investigating, they treated a paying member with total disrespect and hostility. You go to a gym to work out and clear your head, not to deal with corporate headaches, staff power trips, and baseless accusations. The entire vibe here is ruined by how poorly managed it is. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind--go to any other gym in the area where they actually treat people fairly. Avoid this place at all costs! DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE STAFF & DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT. VERY UNCLEAN.

This gym is completely unrecognizable from what it used to be. What once felt like a true community…read morenow feels like a corporate rebrand that forgot the people who built it. The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a once inclusive space push away the very community that made it successful in the first place. P.s. please diversify the music again! We need some reggaton, rap, and EDM... It's missing some Ontario culture.

The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She's the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.

He helped me reach my weight loss goal, build muscle, and feel much stronger. He knows how to push us in the right way, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer!

I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before training here…read more Before starting, I clearly explained to the owner that I had previously recovered from a serious injury in 2022 and needed a safe, carefully managed program focused on rebuilding strength. He assured me that he would oversee my training plan, even on days I worked with another trainer. I trained both with the owner and a second trainer. My sessions with the owner were positive, and I felt the workouts were appropriate. However, the issue arose with the second trainer. Although I was paying the higher rate specifically because the owner said he would supervise all programming, that oversight did not happen in practice. At one point, I communicated that I was experiencing pain in my right hip/groin area and asked to scale things back. Despite this, the trainer had me perform exercises like barbell squats and farmer carries. I explicitly asked whether these were safe given my condition, and I was assured they were. They were not. Following these sessions, I was later diagnosed with a labral tear, which has significantly impacted my mobility and required extensive recovery, time, and financial investment. I'm not writing this to attack a small business, but I do believe this situation reflects: * Lack of proper supervision * Inadequate adjustment for injury history * Poor judgment when a client reports pain If you're considering training here, I strongly recommend making sure: * Your program is truly customized * Communication about pain is taken seriously * The level of supervision matches what you're paying for This experience had a serious impact on my health and daily life, and I hope sharing it helps others avoid a similar situation.

You are going to spend more money and have more issues at another gym. Trust. The pregnant manager goes around and sanitizes and vacuums--that's not going to happen at other gyms. Staff is super nice and friendly. The gym does run its A/C. Thank you for not being cheap because I don't know who wants to workout in a hot and stinky gym. Members keep to themselves--reasons why I have left other gyms. I'm giving it a 5 (but really a 4.5). I wish they had more/better equipment. They really need machines similar to Gold's Gym. Gold's has more leg machines but their stuff is always broken lol. Fit 19 has some repetitive and hardly-used equipment. I love that you can go into the studio and access all the kettlebells/weights/bars/mats This is usually restricted in other gyms. They often do not let you use weights in the studios at other places. The turf area is nice as well and is always kept clean and organized. People don't leave weights all around the gym--like at other gyms. The equipment is rarely broken like at other gyms with higher price points. You'll be lucky if LA Fitness' cardio machines are working. The spin bike room is so nice compared to other gyms as well. There's a lot more bikes compared to other spin rooms. All in all, you get what you pay for and in my opinion, I'm getting more than what I pay for--$10 a month. It's not a high-fees micro-managed establishment like most lower priced gyms.

I do not recommend this place at all.

When you enter, there is fitness merchandise on sale and grip socks if you forgot yours at home. The grip socks are required and closed toed only. Then there is a closed door that separates the lobby and the work out studio space so you do not interrupt the prior class. To the right of the door are cubbies where you can store your belongings. And to the left are fitness equipments for you to grab depending on what the instructor wants to use for the day. The format of the class is restricted to the Pure Barre model. Class begins with a warm up, arm work, thighs at the barre, gluts, then ab work on the floor. Stretches occur in between. Pure Barre believes in small movement for the maximum amount of change. In just 50 minutes, you will feel that "burn" and enjoy a full body work out. Amanda H. was our instructor for my first class at this location and I really love her. She is super friendly and knowledgable. Before class started, she checked on the class for injuries. She was very personable and remembered our names and encouraged us throughout the class. Options for adjustments were provided for a more intense or a less intense work out during each exercise. The music was very uplifting but she was great at volume control to adjust the music level down when she was giving direction, so I was able to hear her. I left the class feeling strong and invigorated. Pure Barre - Rancho Cucamonga has definitely made itself into my work out rotation. Whenever I am in the area and see them have an opening in ClassPass, I will take advantage of this work out. I especially hope to catch Amanda H.'s class when she has an opening.
