He talks with you, and he actually work out with you. He doesn't just sit or stand there and tell you what to do. His work out is super duper intense but it's well worth the money. I couldn't do it all in the first session but he's been patient with me. I've been training with him for awhile and have lost 30lbs. I'm not doing the mma or boxing training. Just the lose weight program he got. I get to eat whatever I want, as long as I'm doing his exercises, I'm still losing the weight I need. I know $100 an hour seems a lot but like I said, it's worth it, and he also throws in a couple free training sessions or discounted price if you book with him continuously.

Tried the gym and even have a treadmill at home but was never motivated. Obbi seems very knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel bad if you have to stop. Exactly 2 years after my last visit at this 24 Hour Fitness at Dairy Ashford and Westheimer. I…read moredidn't smell the same odor like last time from the entrance. The workout floor seems to have more machines. I walked around to see which machines I could use. I like the free weights area. I would definitely come back for these machines. Except. I can't use the wet area. The jacuzzi didn't produce jet nor hot water. Very disappointing because the water was more clear than the 24 Hour Fitness on Richmond. I can't use the steam room either because it smelled like men's bathroom without cleaning for months. There were trash everywhere. A chubby dude sat in there. Not sure why he wasn't affected by the stink. Not to mention, the men's bathroom smelled like no one cleaned for weeks. I skipped shower area. Because I was already disgusted.

First month was amazing and i saw results on my measurement. I decided to keep up with it and lost a little over 30lbs and was feeling wonderful. I unfortunately due to an injury had to pull back, but what i witnessed at this gym was beyond great. The two JNS brothers are in this for one reason and one reason only, they want to see people do well. I have seen them there at all hours of the day, and i have seen them go out of their way to help someone in need. They provide the encouragement, accountability and knowledge that is needed for a healthy lifestyle change. This is not an easy journey, but with the help of JNS staff and owners, the journey can be obtained. Listening to their recommendation and believe there recommendation and routines and you will be able to achieve success.

Over a year ago, I was a member at this gym and had a personal trainer. However, I had to relocate from the area for work and could not complete my sessions, so I canceled my membership and the remaining private training sessions. Fast forward to this week, my checking account was charged without permission, and when contacting the gym, I was told this was because of new ownership. My problem, however, is that they should not have authorized any charges, given that I canceled my membership over a year ago. When calling to request documentation and proof that I would receive a refund, I was told I "lacked patience" and would have to wait. This is highly unprofessional and illegal. I would be weary of joining this gym as they conduct business poorly.
