Things we appreciated about Bryson: He is responsive He is prompt He is professional He was respectful of our home and belongings ( this goes for Travis as well) He put my 2 year old daughter at ease during the whole process ( important to note Bryson is very very tall and my little girl is shy) He packed our belonging so well that we drove it ourselves from SEA to PDX and nothing broke!!! (26 foot truck) The movers who did the unpacking were complaining of how tightly everything was packed and padded! ( let's just say they were no Bryson) In addition: We called him the next day while driving the truck to ask some questions and he was available to us He also called us two days after the move to follow up and make sure things went well.
