While visiting Bend for the first time we came across this brewery and it was great! The service was exceptional - staff was super friendly and gave us a whole bunch of recommendations for things to do in bend. My husband had beer and was satisfied. I only had coffee and dessert. Coffee was cold brew on nitro and was so good! Dessert was amazing! Wish we would have tried their food items. Decor is awesome and everything was super clean which I appreciate. Visited Bend on vacation and stumbled upon Immersion Brewing. What a pleasant surprise! Super cool vibe in this place, great beer and cocktails, and a small but tasteful menu. We had chicken and risotto - both delicious. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and our meals came out super fast. The dessert menu looked awesome but the dinner was so filling we couldn't partake. Highly recommend this place! read more

I came from out of town to Bend and was looking for a brewery in town. I heard from a tour guide in the area that the place was new and delicious. I noticed on the menu that they severed Pub Fish so this was my first choice. The setting was nice and ideal for couples and business meeting. Small two person seating areas and larger conference areas. There were no TVs in the restaurant so it's not a place to watch a game which was surprisingly a nice feature. The Pub Fish was cooked to perfection with the soft breading and well flavored fish. My beer was on point for the hopiness scale and price was as to be expected. The bar tender was a nice gentleman that knew his stuff. Will definitely be back when I return to town. read more

Great little place with indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for summer Bend weather. We started next door at Avid then hopped over to Immersion for dinner before a movie. Great service and plentiful menu. Our group had a chicken burger, 2 regular burgers, and a salad. All were very good. The beer is quality too, and the prices were appropriate. We didn't order it, but the pretzel and cheese dip looked amazing. Totally going back for that. read more

The perfect way to experience Immersion Brewing is to sit outside on a sunny day and order beer or cider and their amazing soft pretzel. The beer is Belgian-style-meets-NW-IPA and my husband loved it. I prefer cider and they've had an Atlas cider on tap the times that we've been there, along with a few local (non-Immersion) beers. The pretzel is a MUST! The space is comfortable and lovely - they seem to be going for a higher-end feel, with a more extensive and creative food menu than most of the other breweries in town. The food, though, was just so-so, especially for the price point. On the plus side, the staff were all friendly and the service was attentive. So great for a beer/cider and some nibbles but it won't become one of our regular go-to places for dinner. read more

We had dinner at Immersion Brewing last night and wanted to write how delicious the steelhead over salad was!! The fish was cooked to perfection. This was the best beer we've had since arriving in Oregon one week ago. The food was amazing farm fresh creative and delicious. The chef, manager and owner were all circulating in the restaurant their passion for the beer and food was very apparent. The actual building is also impressive; in an old box factory the wood has been reapportioned so nothing is just thrown away. Be sure to check out the bathroom!!! We can't wait to go back. read more

Careful not overbook your night. We had a reservation for our special Valentine dinner at this brewery. The pre-set menu was organized and creative. The 1st and 2nd course came out timely...2 hours later we still didn't have our entree. It was a 3 hour tour. Not too many beers to chose from - Bender was very good - Belgian style IPA; little faun nicely sour, but could use more flavor, the only beer I didn't like was Epic Bender- not enough hops and no real distinct flavors - stick with the regular Bender. Beer was good, along with the atmosphere and service! The food was also good, fish tacos and a blue cheese salad. The only thing I probably wouldn't re order was the pretzel, while not bad, the cheese taste just like the mustard-which we were informed there was mustard in the cheese, but you also get a side of the mustard, which taste exactly like the cheese just stronger. May 14, 2018. My son and wife stopped in for lunch on this Monday. It was 1/4 full of patrons. I ordered a cup of soup and half tuna melt sandwich, son ordered their lunch special BBQ hamburger and wife ordered a full tuna melt sandwich. It took a minimum of 40 to 45 minutes for food to arrive. The sandwiches were cold and frankly not very good. Son's medium hamburger was delivered well. I won't be going back. There a 15-17 other breweries in Bend that are far, far better. read more

We went to Immersion for lunch while on vacation in Bend. My husband and I both ordered a sample box of their beer selection. Each of the five beers had a distinct and wonderful flavor. Would definitely recommend! My husband ordered the corned pork sandwich and I ordered the chicken sandwich. We swapped halves and both agreed that these sandwiches were fantastic! I have never had a better sandwich than the corned pork! It was flavorful, filling and paired well with the shoestring fries! We will definitely be going back to Immersion next time we visit Bend! read more

The servers and staff are always friendly, and the place is always nice and clean. But after 4 or 5 trips, the food always reminds me why I don't frequent the Immersion. The grinder sandwich is a huge bread roll with plenty of cold meat, a piece of cheese, and a sprinkle of salad on top (mostly on the plate). There was nothing on the bread. Have you ever tried to eat a french bread hoagie dry? Impossible unless you soak it in water. The waitress was nice enough to go get two of us some mustard and ranch to try and doll it up, but it was pointlessly dry and a little mustard didn't help anything. My input to the waitress was, "Have your cook make this sandwich, eat it, and say that he liked it." It's a good test to know what it's like for a customer to try and choke it down. Put a sauce on the bread like an aioli, toast or warm it, and try some pickle vegetables to give it some moisture content. My daughter ordered the steak salad medium rare, and it came out cooked to death. Why ask how you want it cooked if you are going to scorch it, and still send it out. My sons burger was cooked black and he only took a few bites before he gave up. I'm sure the beer is good, and the fries are great, but in the scheme of things, after being here 4 or 5 times, I always wish I would have gone somewhere else. They were nice and took one sandwich off, and I still left a 20% tip, because it's not the waitress fault, that the food is so so. Probably a great place to go for drinks and fries, but if you are going to have a small menu, everything should kick ass, consistently, so you keep the locals coming back during the slow season. read more

Solid food and beer. I rarely go out of my way to review on Yelp, but after seeing this place had a few lower star reviews felt compelled to add my two cents. I'm not a local, but travel to Bend at least once a year and wound up at Immersion yesterday, enjoyed dinner and the Heat Wave IPA. The beer was tasty and the food was amazing - I went with the steak arugula salad, it was ON POINT. In fact, I was pretty exhausted on my second night in Bend after a long day of work and found myself craving that same salad again. I always try to go to new places when I'm traveling, but it was just so darn good I came back for a second night in a row (I *never* do this when traveling!!!) and had another great meal and beer. Very consistent, which is always a good sign. Also, the value here is great - it's not cheap, but it certainly isn't spendy and for the quality of food, ingredients and preparation that you receive it is WELL worth it. read more

I once overheard a fellow classmate of mine in college describe the apparent and pungent odor of our lecture hall as smelling like "open ass and hot cereal..." Until my first (and only) visit to Immersion Brewing Co., I truly had no tangible understanding of what that meant. While it wasn't an odor, or the general atmosphere that was off-putting, it was the beer. I took a sip of beer one and thought "gonna have to power through this one, must be a bad line....". Beer 2: "yikes, thats bad homebrew dry-hopped with a hobo's turd". Beer 3: "Tastes like open ass (indistinguishable foul after taste) and hot cereal (under carbonated and seemingly unfermented mash - which is kind of like hot cereal when you really think about it, so they got that part right at least). Long story short, don't go there just for the beer, unless its really hot out and theres nothing else for your dog to drink.... read more

Must confess, I didn't have the beer, so this review is purely for the meals and the cocktails. We had a steak, which was deemed amazing by my husband, and I probably talked about my pretzel for a few days after the meal. My cocktail was very solid and they had a good number of options for that, which means that my husband (the beer drinker) will be able to get me over here any time he wants. Service was great, definitely above average. There are a lot of breweries in Bend but I think this one will be finding itself right up on top. read more

A great brewery to visit and the food was really good from the ahi poke to the gnocchi. For a non-alcoholic drink highly recommend the marionberry lemonade. Defiantly one of my favorite brewery stops to eat at in Bend. read more
