An initial estimate was completed which was then sent to our insurance company and once authorization was provided we then booked our vehicle to head into Lund in just a few days. The shop had us sign a payment authorization so the insurance company could pay Lund directly which made things nice and easy. Once a bit of additional damage was found, Lund called the insurance company and squared away the supplemental damages and kept us posted each step of the way. Though we didn't need a rental vehicle, Lund did have the ability to set us up with a rental which is a nice additional customer service to provide. The work was completed timely and professionally and the end product looked as good as new. Definitely would recommend Lund Collision in the event you ever need some auto body work done on your vehicle!

I took my car to Lund for large tree branch that fell on my new car. It took 6 weeks to get my car…read moreback. They never called me to update me on my car once. I had to call for every update. I was initially told the parts would arrive on 3/20, then later found out the parts arrived on 3/31. Then in mid April found out that one of the parts had to be reordered because it came in damaged. One of the roof moldings damaged were on back order, but was never told so, they just place the old scratched one back on. I had to initiate all contact with them...never received one phone call to let me know about the delays and issues. My roof rack and cargo basket were supposed to be replaced (included in the estimate from Geico), but they never were. I was told when I picked up my car that I had to call Geico to arrange reimbursement even though I was told initially by the manager that it would be replaced. I was assured that a scratch in the side rear paneling would be repaired, but it wasn't and was given a BS excuse by Tyler that there was a sensor in the panel and the entire panel would have to be replaced. Regardless of what was involved, I wanted it fixed and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would be. When re-evaluated by another body shop, I was told that the panel could be removed, sanded and repainted and that the sensor was in the corner, not side panel. Additionally, there was still a dent with scratch on the top of my hatch door that wasn't repaired, some of the black trim and windows of the car were painted with car paint or and the clear coat was over sprayed because there is residue stuck all around the car, windows and trim. Im not sure what they did with the driver side door because the paint appears to be textured and not smooth like the rest of the car. The VIN number on the windshield wasn't put back correctly. Wiper arms replaced but weren't aligned so the wipers run off the windshield when on and the washer fluid nozzle was damaged but not replaced. Lastly, there is a piece of trim missing from the rear driver side wheel well. Probably discarded when they couldn't figure out where it went. I don't like writing bad reviews, but the work they did on my new car was careless. I would not recommend Lund. Find another body shop. I will be dropping off my car to a new body shop this week to fix all the errors made by Lund. So, I will be without my car again for who knows how long.

Not one Machanic would touch the XT5 Cadillac, said they wouldn't touch the Cadillac vehicles period. This went on for about one month. I was finnally refered to Chuck Walsh and given a number. I explained the same way I explained to the other Machanics, vehicle broke down and the symtoms. Car would start pudder and my dashboard lite up like a christmas tree with codes. The major code was an intake vacuum leak, misfire Cylinder #1 which is a pretty major code, because it could be a lot of differant reasons for that. Long story short Chuck took the job which I was a static about, but had my doubts because of what all the other Machanics said. Chuck basically had a lot of trouble with the job but he told me he would fix it. After tearing the motor down 2 times and having to replace the 2 valve heads and valve. Approximately maybe 45 days of struggling with my Vehicle Chuck and his Crew got my Vehicle fixed. The thing I was most impressed with is Chuck gave me an esitimate for the job, and never differed from the estimate he gave me from the beginning. Chuck and his team, and I say team because thats how they need to be reffered as. Got the job done! Chucks Auto Repair shop are my new Machanics, and I wouldn't waste anytime anymore going anywhere else. I highly recommed Chuck and his team.
