Upper Crust serves New York style pizza, plus subs, calzones and other standard pizzeria offerings. Subs are pretty good, though not particularly large. The pizza is excellent however and delivery service is amazing. I have probably had 30 deliveries from here and never once had a problem. Food was always hot and in good condition. The pizza usually (not always) has a good outside crust and a very good balance of sauce and cheese. It can be greasy at times but that is just NY style pizza and is totally OK with me. Price is also pretty good. If you live in their (limited) delivery area, give them a try. read more

The pizza quality here has always been hit or miss. When it's a hit, it's delicious! Service had always been mostly miss. However, now it's even worse - haven't felt comfortable ordering from them throughout the pandemic bc they refuse to comply with masks or basic hygiene standards. Guy behind the counter cooking and taking orders with a beard and no covering could be dropping beard hairs into my pizza! Owner apparently defends this practice. So I have lived throughout the Northeast and in NYC. This pizza is spot on. It is no frills but is a staple classic flavor of the neighborhood pizzeria. Anyone who says different has zero knowledge of Northeast pizza which is the greatest hands down. Good job guys. read more

Went to stop in and get some pizza and saw no precautions with COVID being taken. While they have a sign on the door asking for no more than 6 people to enter, none of the staff taking orders, or preparing the food were wearing masks or gloves. The only hand sanitizer that was there was empty, so while pizza does sound nice, an unexpected side of COVID doesn't. read more

Alright. I'll start with, the pizza is pretty good. That's hard to come by, so take that for what it is. Service was "meh", but it's really meant for you to get your pizza and get out, so whatever. My issue is with a complete lack of any mitigation efforts in response to COVID. If you miss the Pre-COVID world and want to act like it never happened, go here. Cooks and server/cashier are wearing no gloves(which has always been gross, in my opinion), no masks, your pizza is put on top of the glass sneeze guard glass where all of the customers placing orders can just step right up and breathe all over it like 6 inches from their face. No control over how many people are in their tiny space, which was packed, or PPE requirements for their customers. They don't seem to care so I won't be back. read more

I had this for the first time at a birthday party. I tried the cheese pizza and garlic knots neither of which were anything spectacular. The garlic knots were fresh and came with marinara dipping sauce but they were covered in minced garlic. They were too strong and I kept taking the garlic pieces off, it would have been better either baked in or used with garlic powder. The pizza is mediocre, very thin with very little sauce. I wouldn't go out of my way for this. Overall it was fine and the location was convenient but there are better pizza places in Kissimmee than this one. read more

We were the second family to move into Celebration way back in 1996. It seems like Upper Crust has been here almost as long as we have. Shamefully I must admit that today was the first time we've ordered from there. As others have said, great pies! They were delivered as ordered and on time, nice and hot. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that this is the best NY style pizza in and around Celebration. We have a favorite place in St. Augustine that we always visit when we are up there, but Upper Crust is a great alternative. As a Celebration resident we can get two media cheese pizzas for $25. This is a much better price than what the local Papa John's and Domino's offer. I look forward to eating at this location more often in the future. read more

I decided to give this place a 2nd chance after a mediocre experience 2 years ago. On that first visit, maybe the air conditioner was broken because I can't imagine a place in Fl not having one, but it was super hot inside. I ordered 2 slices of plain cheese pizza from a pie that was sitting under the glass counter. The girl puts them directly into the box. When I felt that they were not even a bit warm I had to ask her to put them in the oven for a couple minutes. That seemed like a foreign concept to her. The pizza itself was just okay. Yesterday I decided to try again. First of all I was put on hold for a nlong period of time. When I finally ordered the guy said they were very busy and it could take an hour. I said okay, he replied that he didn't think it would really take an hour....he was right...it took an hour and a half. When my 2 pizzas finally arrived they were almost cold. I live maybe 2 miles from this place. The pepperoni pizza was not too bad, but would've been much better served hot. The margarita pizza though was not very good, the crust was dry and very bland. This made me sad as there are not many non-chain places around here, and a high-quality place in the town of Celebration would do amazing business. I'm going to stick to the mediocrity of Dominoes because at least their service is fast and their food arrives hot. read more

I hadn't realized that they served GF pizza! Yay!!!! A 12" pie baked and served in its own little pan, however it's not suitable for people that have celiac. Moved to FL from New York, so you could say I'm a pizza snob. We searched for months to find pizza that lived up to our expectations and finally found it in Upper Crust's "stuffed pizza." Though it's still pretty thin, the flavor of the pie is undeniable. So so good. I also went in for a slice the other day and they were VERY friendly. I grabbed a slice of the BBQ Hawaiian pizza (delicious) and he only charged me for a cheese slice as a good will gesture. They warmed the slice up for me and when I took a seat outside, another gentleman noticed I didn't buy a drink and offered me a cup of water. Great service! That in itself will keep me going back. They finally gave me part of my order (which I watched them barely make when I went in after having already almost 15 min) and the guy said there was a 10 minute wait for the cheese slices. I asked why and the guy said the person who ordered before me took all the cheese slices so they had to make more. Lies, I said, because the people before me were my friends who had already gotten their food and were almost done eating. I saw them give the cheese slices away to 3 different people AFTER me. I didn't say anything because I thought they had set aside mine until the rest of the food was ready. I told them to just give me a refund for those because I can't sit there and eat while my 3 year old, who was waiting patiently up to that point, hungrily watches me eat. The combo is $7.50. The guy hands me $7 and walks away. By then I was already fuming so I just took what I got and left. I should've asked for the $3 tip I gave back too but I was over it and needed to go somewhere else to feed my kid. I also ended up giving my food away to someone else because I was too mad to eat anything from there. Definitely not going back or recommending this place to anyone I know. I went for a Philly cheesesteak, a sausage parm sub & a slice of pizza. They were out of steak. No cheesesteak for me. Then they forgot about my order. From the time I paid for the order until it was made was 41 minutes. For 2 subs and a slice of pizza. The cashier saw me waiting, realized what had happened, and stepped in to make them. It isn't perfect, but for some reason I just like this place. I go in about once a month to get a few slices to go -- that's really what they do best. They usually have cheese and a few other options to choose from, and the slices are tasty and very filling. Not quite NYC quality, but much better than what you'd get from Papa John's and the like. For a small place, they do have a pretty large menu including salads, sandwiches, and calzones. It is a very bare bones little shop -- a few tables to sit at outside, but you'll probably want to take your food home or maybe to the public seating down by the lake. They do get a bit overwhelmed on busy nights (particularly during the holiday festivities), but that's true for just about everything in Celebration. My experiences with staff have been good -- they're always efficient, and often chatty and friendly. I've never ordered for delivery but from what I gather, it can be a bit slow. I literally created a Yelp account for this review. We ordered a pizza this evening and where given a 40 min window of delivery. Almost 1 1/2 hour later the pizza arrived. The delivery guy was nice and apologized for the late delivery. Upon opening the pizza it was cold. The cheese has hardened and the pizza slices literally where sticking to the box. We also ordered cheese bread, which was also cold. We have attempted to contact the pizza restaurant, who's phone is now going direct to voicemail. We have each taken a few bites of the pizza and at this point will just stick to frozen pizza from Publix. read more

Wow! We're from the NYC area and wanted some pizza while enjoying Disney for the week. We saw the reviews and decided to try anyway.
