When you have a pharmacist abruptly hang up on you on a phone call while discussing a back ordered…read moreprescription it is a dealbreaker for me! My husband, who is African American, has been given the run around for the last few months with a back ordered medication from Meds. We've shared his story with other patients who are clients of Meds and his treatment is not consistent with their treatment. He is not an Upper East Sider as are the majority of their patients and he has been treated differently from this staff. I do not feel that I need to speak for him, until today when he made another (5 in total) follow up call to get the status of the back ordered medication and was abruptly hung up on when he pointed out a discrepancy in the back ordered dates. This young lady that he spoke with needs to be reprimanded for her actions. This incident happened on 3-12-26 at 1:30 pm. He did not get her name since they would not take his calls afterwards. We consider this a personal incident that may be attributed to his ethnicity. One never knows these days in today's political environment. Our colleagues and clients that use Meds have never had a problem with their customer service and the ones we spoke with also feel that this is personal as well. He has been hesitant to say anything about his experiences with Meds since he is not one for pointing out mistreatment. It is apparent that he is being mistreated by giving him the runaround in order to frustrate him so that he would go elsewhere. I've seen this tactic before. I am the vocal one and he does not know that I am writing this, but I am doing this on his behalf. This is unacceptable and unfortunate but needs to be called out. I hope that the owner Yuhan Ave sees this and takes corrective measures going forward. In the meantime, Meds will not have to worry about my husband stepping foot in their establishment. I hope they are happy! They win!

Staff always answers the phone, they are friendly and communicate thoroughly. They always deliver to me in the Bronx and are clear on the cost of copay and delivery dates/times. Only once in 2 years, they were unable to deliver my order quickly and i went in person to pick it up. They were clear on their address and hours and it wasn't a big deal as i was in the city and stopped by. Can't thank the staff enough for always being transparent. Thank you !!

The delivery was cute! it came in a canvas tote and they even called to confirm everything, which made me feel taken care of. I had tried calling earlier to see if I could pick it up instead, but no one answered, so I'm assuming they only do delivery. I wish pickup were an option, especially since I needed the medication the same day it was prescribed. The only downside was all the confirmations on the nimble app. I confirmed the delivery window, then confirmed again for a signature only to find out the signature was optional and still had to confirm one more time. It felt a bit tedious, but I understand they're trying to ensure safe delivery. I also saw older reviews mentioning refill issues, so I'm a bit worried but we'll see. Keeping it positive!

The pharmacists here are brilliant, patient, and truly caring. They take the time to explain things clearly over the phone and respond right away. They also deliver -- fast. My meds arrived within an hour, from the Upper East Side all the way downtown. And today, pharmacist, Ruby, went above and beyond. I texted her a medical question unrelated to my prescription, and she actually called me and spoke with me for 20 minutes. Her kindness blew me away. Truly an incredible pharmacy -- I can't recommend them enough!

Unfortunately their expiration date is just several months from now, and meanwhile each bottle has 250 pills (admittedly the suggested dosage is 3 pills at-a-time, but still....). There's no way we'd consume anywhere near 500 of those pills by their expiration date, so I wanted to exchange them for bottles that have a more reasonable expiration. Today I had to be just one block from this store for a medical appointment, and fortunately there were (only) two bottles available - and their expiration date was *much* more generous. I went to the cashier's counter, and the cashier explained that she needed to have a supervisor handle the exchange (and I'd brought my receipt with me). The shift supervisor was inexplicably *nasty*, and from the very beginning. Meanwhile; she told me she couldn't do an "even exchange" because the flavor was different than the ones I'd purchased (?!) - so she said I'd have to return the ones I'd bought and then purchase the other ones. I told her that I'd used a discount coupon when making the purchase, whereas a "new" purchase would *not* provide the discount. She continued being nasty and suddenly disappeared, and then she *finally* reappeared many minutes later. At that point she told me she'd confirmed with the store manager what she'd told me - but she should have had the courtesy to at least tell me why she was suddenly leaving, and her nastiness was totally inexcusable. Now I'm going to contact the CVS Customer Service Department, but I shouldn't have to waste so much time re: this situation - and most importantly, CVS shouldn't have an employee who's so nasty. (The only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because a very pleasant employee helped me find the location of the pills).

It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit of A train at 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station, located on Eighth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Store and photo department operates 24/7. The pharmacy close at 6:00 pm. It is gargantuan size and very organized layout, but contains minimal inventory stock. Their hair products are also minimal as I was browsing for women's rhinestone hair clips. I was seeking women's multi vitamin "one a day" but lack in brand selection. The female sales associate was rather callous "if you order online there are more options" excuse me, I am physically here now attempting to obtain vitamins! With that dismissive wayward behavior this female associate abruptly walked away from me exactly like COVID-19 pandemic. Why do I need to order online when I am physically here standing in front of you? I am a patron and a loyal long-time customer of CVS corporation with a loyalty rewards card. My intent for this visit is to obtain multi vitamins and to use my 25% coupon received in the mail. I have always receive their promotional marketing materials via U.S. mail for coupons.
