I had a pinched nerve/stiff neck about 4 years ago and I was referred here. He and his team did just what he said he would do. I was fully healed withing six weeks. This year, I got injured during a workout, same thing, a stiff neck/pinch nerve. I tried another place near my job but after 3 week there was no change. I came back to Kaizo. This pain was worse than before and took a little longer but I started feeling small improvements the first week. I did my sessions with them, as well as the excercises they told me to do at home. Its super close to where I am. This past Tuesday night, I took a hot pilates class with Jay Houston and that class was packed like sardines. There was probably 60 people in the class and it was a very hard class. Im in decent shape and man this class was really testing me. And it was beyond hot. Im glad I got thru it but not sure I wanna take this class on the regular. I just no longer feel like thats what my body needs. Tonight, I took a Flext class with Scarlett Salem and wow this class was soooo good and definitely my speed. It was heated and we did a lot of really great hip and low back stretches that I love and need. Instructor was very good, very clear and I enjoyed every minute of this class! 10/10! The heat was set just right and I still sweated a lot but also got in a really deep stretch session but not to the point where I felt it was overwhelming. I will try to come to more of these Flext classes before I leave. Really great intro offer and Im really loving my yoga practise here! Thank you!

I always wanted to try CoolSculpting so I was very excited to see this location open so close to…read morehome. I made an appointment and obsessively Googled CoolSculpting before and after results until the day of my appointment. On the day of, I arrived extremely fearful and anxious (thanks to Google). However, Malia was able to calm my nerves. She reassured me that the process was quick and easy. I then filled out a quick informational form and was walked over to another room. She walked out and I undressed to expose the area that I wanted the fat freeze. I got on the bed and she returned to set me up on the machine. I was still really nervous at this point, but she kept me calm and walked me through each step of the process. Before I knew it I was all hooked up and freezing off this stubborn fat! The machine latches onto your body and then it is left in that spot the entire session. I would recommend bringing a fully charged phone or something to read to keep you entertained while the machine does it's thing. 45 minutes later my session ended. She came back and massaged the area the machine was on and I was all done. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was!! There was no pain at all. The salon is clean, the team is nice, and they know their stuff! I will definitely be returning for another session after a few weeks!

Five different PT locations were researched before choosing Portera as the place for him to get the focused physical therapy that he desperately needed. Dr. Denbow is forward thinking, dedicated to his patients & thoughtful. We find the staff to be kind, courteous and very helpful. Although my brother has only been in therapy for a few shorts weeks, we are seeing slight improvements in his overall abilities and we are hopeful that he continues to regain as much mobility as possible.
