Morgan's intro classes were great, she provided a lot of attention and assists helping us get on track. Have since had the confidence to get out to classes around the city with different studios and came back for a class with Kat and continue to enjoy the classes here. Good atmosphere, challenging, good music--no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Classes are for 10 people at a time and it's always a blast. Meg, Letitia and Megann are just a few of the best instructors that play the best jams to get you motivated for a 40min workout. For best results, going in 3 or 4 times a week will sculpt your body and boost your mood. I've always been physically active my entire life. I practiced professional dance for 23 years, ran track and played basketball. Non of those physical activities were for my husband and I wanted to find a workout that we could do together that he liked as well. We didn't have to go to far as we found Lagree Fit 415 studio just around the corner from where we lived in SF and after taking the first class, we were hooked. It's now going on 3 years with a break in between cause of the pandemic, moved to Austin, picked up where we left off at TLS ATX and I'm down 8lbs. Again, I'm absolutely hooked and you will too as soon as you start seeing the results. Don't wait anymore cause you are missing out!

Most of all I was impressed by their professionalism and skill with guiding their clients through the weight training circuit. There is a very precise methodology and protocol that they are following. I liked it and found benefit to each of the components of it. It's clear that the program was very carefully and painstakingly thought out. Training for this job must be intense. The workout was extremely strenuous, especially when you have been there a while and built up some strength. Having sessions a half hour long is totally appropriate when you are working as hard as you do there and making your way thought the machines at a very efficient pace. Another thing I really appreciated about the trainers here is that they both clearly seemed to have a degree in exercise physiology. I have worked with several trainers before and the ones that actually studied this in college are far more effective. Being so attuned to athletic performance the trainers can tell when you are getting to your limit and can help to push you on. They're great at motivating so you can squeeze every last drop of strength out of your muscles. That said, they also are totally respectful if you need to take a breather, get water and let your heat rate come down a bit. As an out of shape person looking to build muscle for the sake of my health- I felt comfortable here and did not feel judged or that the trainers had any opinion of me being unfit. They were only kind, accepting and motivating. This has not been the case with other trainers I've worked with before and it is noteworthy. They get a gold star for professionalism. I would have liked to continue on but my financial situation changed and I needed to focus resources elsewhere. The cost for sessions is high but it is also worth it for the the amount of focus the trainers put into your work and the fact that it is 100% private.

Once or twice a week is all I need to stay in shape and I am so thankful it works for me. The trainers are fabulous and very knowledgeable. I am amazed and extremely grateful for the quality of the trainers. Last, but not least, a BIG thank you to them for working with me and all my old age creaks and cracking!

This review is long overdue, but here it is:…read more I started doing Crossfit for the first time at CrossFit REP since ~October 2019, after having transitioned through various other programs, such as Orange Theory Fitness, HEAT Bootcamp, F45, etc. All of these places have been instrumental in developing my physique/fitness capacity. However, it wasn't until a joined this place that I started gaining muscle... like, 10lbs of muscle, and improved my posture/exercises exponentially. Sidenote: during these times of crises the gym has been closed. However, I have been able to maintain my level because they now offer online classes through zoom (see pictures) which are really good and kick my butt every time. Okay, back to the review. Here are some other things I love about this place--in no particular order: * The workouts/program: It is hard to find a place that takes the program as seriously as CrossFitREP does. Jake and the coaches are always ensuring that the workouts are good enough for people that come a few times a week and also doable for people that want to drop in every day. Very solid program. * The coaches/classes: Not a single coach that I haven't been impressed by or learned something from every day. Also--compared to other places--classes are small enough that coaches actually DO have the time to pay attention to you at all times. It almost feels like personal training, in a way. * The community: Lovely group of like-minded people. Everyone has a reason to show up but at the end of the day, we all support and motivate each other no matter what. This is the type of thing that can make or break that last rep. Also, plenty of events happening every month (see my picture winning the January attendance challenge) even during the COVID-19 self-quarantine, such as trivia nights, cooking classes, etc. Let's just say it's a community first and gym second. Lastly, don't be scared of giving CrossFit a shot. A lot of people Google their way out of it and my advice is: just try it out. People have polarizing opinions about CrossFit but it really just is what you make of it.

When I started, I didn't know the difference between a bar bell, kettle bell, and dumb bell. Now I…read morefeel comfortable doing squat cleans in hotel gyms when I travel. After I moved to Round Rock, I tried a handful of crossfit gyms, but there wasn't enough weight training, and I was actually losing muscle. I decided it was worth it to make the commute. I really like how each class includes weight training as well as circuit training. I feel stronger than I've ever been.
