Man Josh is hands down the best and the most honest tech I've ran into. I informed him how the dealership would tell me how they do that so called "multi inspection" every time I service my car but when my car that I've owned since 24miles on it went over 40k miles I told them I've never been told to change my engine filter or cabin filter so I asked them to look at both of them, I was pissed to see how dirty they both were especially the cabin filter since I'm breathing in that crap. How I need to asked these guys to check places that are part of the multi inspection is crazy. When I took it to Josh he did the whole multi inspection right in front of me showed me the spark plugs and showed me the metal was already cracking on cylinders 1 and 2, so he replaced all my spark plugs right in front of me and my fuel filter since I never had that changed either and it was time. He also helped re-wire my Amp and tune it since I got it from Best Buy and those guys have no idea how to tune an amp or wire one at that, I showed him how they wired my back speakers as the main ones and my front speakers as the back ones so when I would use google maps or if I'm trying to use the speaker system to talk to people on my phone you can only hear it in the back seats not the front. Josh really helped me out a lot I would of been driving around with cracking cylinders for who knows how long since the dealer ship never checks that shit apparently even though Josh showed me it takes legit less then a minute to pull them out to check them, and my speaker system wires would of took weeks to get resolved since I work 2 jobs and don't have the time for Best Buy to keep playing around with my car. Josh was amazing. He performed a pre purchase inspection on an f150 that I was looking at buying and did a great job. Looked all over and under the car, pointed out that some of the hoses were soft and would likely need to be replaced as well as other upcoming services that would be needed, came on a test drive and diagnosed a few minor issues just from listening to the engine from the inside. 10/10 recommend Quick, responsive and reliable Friendly, honest and trustworthy Dealt with me privately and was very informative to both myself and the seller. Josh is very dedicated to his job. He explained everything he was going to repair before starting and covered why the repair is needed in detail. Josh would do a full evaluation on my vehicle and he would discuss what, if any, the issues he found. Josh would explain the urgency if it deemed neccessary or he'd give me an estimated time frame I should get the repair completed.
