For my wedding on 9-21-24, I was fitted by Jose with what he had me try on as a clean off white…read morelong sleeve shirt with plenty of room at the neck while buttoned up all the way. That's important because who wants to be choking due to it being too tight! He also had me try on a black fitted vest which at the time fit perfect. When I picked up my rented tux from him the day before my wedding, I felt confident in him and my rental. After all, it's his job, right? On the morning of my wedding as I took out my tux, the long sleeve off white shirt was so dirty that it had obvious dirt on the inside of the collar and it smelled like someone's old cologne!! So gross! Then tried putting on my vest, but it didn't fit because it was a size small. I'm a size large all day long. Jose failed at properly organizing my order, he failed on cleanliness of the tux and I'm crushed at the fact I couldn't look nice for my special wedding day by not being able to button up my shirt at the neck or wear the vest that I was hoping to wear. He talks fast and rushed around while trying to fit me. Almost like time is money and my time wasn't valuable. Yesterday I went to Kohl's, JCPenney, TJ Maxx, and I could not find a single thing that looks good or was in my size. I was starting to freak out since I need this for tomorrow and was running out of options. I found blueprint5 on yelp and gave him a call. He was super helpful, asked me what I was looking for, etc. Upon entering I was greeted by his dog blue. What an awesome dog! So we are off to a great start. These are not off the rack regular dress shirts. They are made in Italy and he designs them, chooses the fabric, etc. and they are great quality. Was this way more than I wanted to spend on a few shirts? Yes. But considering I have not invested in any wardrobe items in a while, it was time. Jim is going to have me looking like a million bucks in my photos tomorrow. I will definitely be back. PS they offer free alterations for anything you purchase which is great. Tony the tailor was not there so I was not able to get my shirts pressed. But it's nice to know if I need any alterations that they will be done in a high-quality, and best of all free, manner.

My husband got a suit as well and he was very happy with the choices and the selection. He also will have his tailored to fit. Good customer service and great advantage to be able to get the suit customized in 3-4 days.

Ordered tuxes on 8/30 and was told they'd reach out in 10 business days to schedule the fitting. 6…read moreweeks passed and we called multiple times. On one occasion, we were rudely told the tuxes were still not in. We tried again and again and they didn't answer, so we left a very concerned voicemail and was never called back. Store finally called 8 days before my wedding, by which point we went with plan B and told them we didn't need the tuxes anymore and they HUNG UP ON US. We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. Absolutely horrific customer service for what should have been an important part of the wedding experience.
