For my wedding on 9-21-24, I was fitted by Jose with what he had me try on as a clean off white long sleeve shirt with plenty of room at the neck while buttoned up all the way. That's important because who wants to be choking due to it being too tight! He also had me try on a black fitted vest which at the time fit perfect. When I picked up my rented tux from him the day before my wedding, I felt confident in him and my rental. After all, it's his job, right? On the morning of my wedding as I took out my tux, the long sleeve off white shirt was so dirty that it had obvious dirt on the inside of the collar and it smelled like someone's old cologne!! So gross! Then tried putting on my vest, but it didn't fit because it was a size small. I'm a size large all day long. Jose failed at properly organizing my order, he failed on cleanliness of the tux and I'm crushed at the fact I couldn't look nice for my special wedding day by not being able to button up my shirt at the neck or wear the vest that I was hoping to wear. He talks fast and rushed around while trying to fit me. Almost like time is money and my time wasn't valuable. I'll leave a couple of sad pictures of what I looked like at my wedding due to his negligence and how dirty the shirt really was. I'm disgusted and saddened that I trusted in him. read more

Jose is amazing! My 13 year old son and I unfortunately had to shop for a suit for his father's funeral services. This was the most heartbreaking shopping trip of my life. Jose was compassionate, kind and patient. He gave my son a hug and truly said he was sorry for his loss. He was attentive to my son's needs. He found him the most beautiful suit in his size and for a reasonable price. This man has no idea the impact he had on my son and I. I will be forever grateful for Jose. We got rentals for wedding party.no ones pants fit(8 groomsmen).Like not even close. We all ended up using black shoelaces to keep our pants from falling. Biggest problem was the grooms cufflinks broke and his jacket came without a bottom button. Not a good look when your getting married. I will say that when we all went in to get fitted ?Jose? was extremely helpful and a clearly new his stuff. read more

Jose from tux towne was awesome. My husband and his groomsmen had such a great experience. We had our entire wedding party coming from out of town but he made it work even though they were coming in the morning or afternnon of the wedding. The tux's were perfect. They all looked so sharp! After the wedding my husband had to take all of the tux's back and it was painless. He was missing one but Jose was extremely accommodating and gave him an extra day or two to bring it back. Jose is by far the best! We have rented tuxes for our son for proms and they have been great. Our son got married this weekend and got the wedding party tuxes from Jose as well. They fit every person perfectly and were top quality and exactly what the Bride and Groom wanted for their special day. My husband purchased a suit from Jose also. My sister used Tux Towne for her wedding in March. The tuxes were ok and the service was ok. However, 3 months later I called to request my measurements for a friend's wedding that I'm in later this summer. Tux Towne would NOT release my measurements because my friend had chosen to use an online tux rental business. The reasoning was "if it was another brick and mortar, that would be fine, but online stores are disrupting our business" (or something to that effect). Well, based on this lack of customer service, they've lost my future business. I do not make decisions as to where my friends choose to outfit their wedding party. read more

I've gotten a couple of tuxes from here and this last time was for my wedding! Not only did he have the tuxes on time he was just so so nice! He remembers who you are and not too mention there was a blizzard the day of our wedding and two very special people couldn't be there and when I asked if I could use the tux again the following weekend he gave me more than half off and had it rushed cleaned!
