I feel like the people who leave bad reviews blame the company more than the workers and building itself. I've been here plenty of times to deliver bought packages and my own personal packages and have genuinely no bad experiences. The only reason why I won't leave a 5 star is because I will admit the service from the workers can seem a bit passive aggressive or a nonchalant which leaves it a bit awkward. But In all honestly if you were dealing with customers who don't listen to anything you say it's bound to happen lol. read more

The lady working at 12:50 pm today was super rude the second i got there for no apparent reason. I hadn't even said anything to her. She started talking to me without even looking at me, very odd. I have tried calling your office since yesterday I badly needed to talk to an agent but I have been redirected several times am in Africa and charges for calling are extremely high I have spent almost $60 on a mere call am so disappointed. We have a business mailbox and use it for outgoing mail (with the flag raised). The outgoing mail continually does NOT get picked up, rather, the incoming mail gets dumped on top of the outgoing mail. We have notified them of this issue many times to no avail. read more

Paid for Express mail told me 2 days took 32 hours to go to Nashua NH. Then 24 hour to leave Nashua nh. So far 3 days to go to Nashua. Now on way to New Jersey 3 more days to get there. Finally heading to Dallas Texas 4 days to get there. 10 days and still not delivered. I could of sent regular mail and saved 4.00. Last time I use USPS.May be Amazon should take over they can deliver in two days read more

Nothing to do with Covid this branch has always been the worst. I'm not talking about the mailman but the supervisor. The phones are either off the hook, ringing busy or not answered...this is always. If you ever get someone they have excuses only...no solutions. In frustration I called the Postmaster in Boston and was told they would handle it...several days later I got an abrupt call from Billerica asking if my problem was corrected and not waiting for an answer a hang up! I am trying to put a vacation hold on delivery to no avail. I deal with Tewksbury and Lowell with excellent service Billerica is another story. read more

Amazon Prime package marked as "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident". This is a business and the package was not delivered. This is not the first time we have had this problem. Try calling the local post office, they give you a number to call and no one ever answers that line. We visit this post office often, many times within 10 minutes of closing. Transactions have been quick and helpful so far though the standard spiel of "Do you have any liquids? etc" does get tiring after the first half dozen times. read more

I was in post office at 8 am sharp. I have a package to send. The person( his name is Ken) show up with a wall face , he seems like he doesn't want to work and I have to beg for him to accept my package to send. I say hi to him he didn't have any response ,no "can I help you " or any verbal reaction. He stood behind the desk and looking at me. He got my package and put the receipt on desk left right away. I have been struggling with this post office for the past 8 months at this point. On multiple occasions I have gone in person to the office to express concerns and have called the local postmaster on several occasions. We consistently get pother peoples mail (different addresses) as well as not receive our own mail. Items include the invitation to my brothers wedding, the invitation to my brothers wedding rehearsal dinner, and prescription medication (which according the the post office was delivered? I never got it and cannot get a refill of my 3 month prescription!!!) Every time I call I am assured that the issues will be resolved however this continues to occur. You wonder why the post office is struggling. I am forced to send my mail to my mother whom lives one hour away so I can be sure I get important documents. read more

If you enjoy friendly, personal service and have a few minutes to spare, go up to the counter and have Ralph or Mary help you. They have been part of the Billerica Community for 15+ years, and can often be seen taking care of folks that may need some "extra help" mailing packages and such overseas. I've found it difficult to get USPS info on mailing a holiday card internationally (you'd think there would be a simple way, app...couldn't get it to work), and I had a bunch of U.S. "Forever" stamps I wanted to use. No problem, I was told how many of those I needed...and while I waited in line I found cute birthday cards AND another Christmas cards (love their selection). Others shop for colorful pre-decorated packaging materials. This post office is relatively small and serves over capacity (I've lived here 30+ years and it's never been expanded despite ever increasing business). All I can say is that they deliver the mail. As far as parcels are concerned they dump them in the office of the Middlesex Apartments on Concord Road. My daughter has just delivered a baby by cesarean delivery last week and has a two year old. I sent her a gift only to find out that it was dumped in the office all the way down the other end of the complex. It contained only a tracking number, no signature required. She had to drag both children down to the office to pick up the parcel. I work for the post office in New York State and we would never get away with such shabby customer service. When my daughter previously called and complained about the lack of service she was treated as if she was wrong expecting parcel delivery to her building. Last week she received a delivery from Incredible Edibles and he came right into the building and right to her door. Perhaps he should work for the USPS read more
