Well, Let me start with I shipped over night early AM. Let me add, I sent it Friday - Overnight early AM for delivery Monday morning, technically they had 3 days to get it right. So my understanding is that early AM delivery means by 8:00 AM to the final location. That is so not possible when it didn't leave the warehouse until 8:59 AM. So I call - and you cannot call that location that is in charge of your package you have to call the 800 customer service line. I expressed my issue with the package. They sent a "message" to the Stafford warehouse and assured me I would get a call within 30min - 1 hour at the very maximum. So... I wait an hour and 10 minutes and call the 800 # again - from there I was absolutely lied to - The customer service rep that I spoke to tells me that the Stafford facility attempted to call me and there was no answer and since my voice mail was not set up they could not leave me a message. WHOA - My phone is in my hand now and I have 12 voicemails and it sure hasn't rang in the past hour. That really ticked me off. I asked for a supervisor!!! I got a supervisor who told me that the Stafford location was still attempting to locate the shipped package. LOCATE IT - its on the truck, or at least it should be according to your tracking information. OH WAIT what happened to the imaginary call to me - the supervisor has no record of this and the rep prior told me that this note was attached to my case. Who is lying? Are both liars, add the warehouse in are they all liars? insane! UGH Never the less the manager asked me to hold while he checked on my package. I hold for 15 minutes, he gets back on the phone and assures me that he spoke to the warehouse in Stafford and they commutated with the driver and my package would arrive in 20 minutes to my destination. At this point package is now 4 hours late and these are time sensitive documents that need to be in by a set time. If they arrive in 20 minutes that is 15 minutes late, does anyone aside from me seem to be truly concerned that they are not holding up their end of the bargain? So I sit a click refresh as I'm calling the place my documents need to be to try to get them to go back to the mail room before the bid opening. phew, finally arrived at the location 4 hrs and 26 minutes behind schedule and a few lies later. I trusted UPS, I paid 104.89 to have these documents arrive by a certain time and they really let me down. This can potentially cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Its insane to think that they hold it all with such little regard. I bet if they were responsible for lost revenue, heck, or even had to refund my total amount paid vs the difference between early AM and what ever service they deem it fits into their priorities would be different. So, maybe I am done with UPS this is not the first time the Customer Service People have lied to me nor do I suspect it will be the last. Why pay for overnight early AM shipping when they can arbitrarily decide if they want to do it or not. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. UPS claimed my package containing Nike high dunks (exclusive drops) was "damaged in transit," and subsequently sending the package back to Nike. I NEVER RECEIVED the package at all to determine whether they were in fact "damaged." Then 3 days later the status changes to "receiver refused package." So now NIKE thinks it was me that refused the package. TELL ME WHEN in the history of man has UPS been generous enough to determine a package to be damaged before the receiver ever obtained the pacKAGE. This whole situation stinks of theft. I have been waiting for over a week for my next day package (I understand the hurricane) but when you finally did go to deliver it the driver said my house was vacant and now it is on the way back the shipper and now I wait another week. After reviewing this location it seems to be a theme of "vacant" houses. If your drivers are to lazy to deliver packages they are in the wrong business. I have no issues with USPS, FedEx or Amazon just UPS which they usually give it to the family down the street even though we have our house number on the house and on the curb. Without fail, every time I have an order that somehow ends up at the UPS facility in Stafford, I either NEVER see it, it is late, or the drivers blatantly LIE about the delivery! Example, "undeliverable address" which is BS, because I get packages delivered to my door frequently, or I get another lie stating that "the package was delivered to the purchaser in Stafford, Tx." which is also BS because they have my address and I don't live anywhere near Stafford. I ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses. They were scanned on arrival to the Stafford distribution center and then scan update at 06:10 am showed on the truck out for delivery for about 45 minutes and then that scan update disappeared along with the sunglasses. This UPS center has always provided me with quick, efficient and friendly service. They also provide thorough tracking information which is always helpful. I've picked up packages from here a couple of times and service was, again, helpful and timely. I've never had too long of a wait time in line. Even with what seems a long line, employees manage to keep it moving. It's only common sense to bring/have all information on hand such as delivery notice, tracking information and identification. If everyone would realize this then there would be less waiting in lines. I've had no problems here and would use this center again. read more

Oooooops, this is the UPS center not a UPS store... No wonder I couldn't find this on the website... I almost drove into their truck entrance lol, so make sure you find the right entrance and park your car near the customer service door... I think the huge parking lot is for their employees... If you're here to drop off, you can easily print the label using the computer. I was in line for five minutes and the lady told me this, not too late. Then I went back to the counter and she was talking to the other two ladies... So I was there waiting, until the other lady behind the counter reminded her I was waiting and she should take care of me first... Do not use the drop box in front of the center, I drop my documents in the ups box at 6:55pm and the box indicate last pick up at 8pm. I totally agree with all the other BAD reviews. Changes definitely need to be made at the Stafford location. This isn't the first time a driver has lied about delivering my package. Once again, I've waited at home all day to check online and see that I won't receive my package until Monday. That's bullshit I've been at home all day the driver failed to even get out of the vehicle and knock at the door or leave "THE" note. But, the driver says an attempt was made. The UPS station in Stafford, Texas needs to be closed. The UPS driver delivered my package 10 blocks away and lied and said he delivered it to me. I called the customer service three times because they told me the Stafford station would get in contact with me. After 8 hours I called customer service again who informed me that Stafford said tried to call me but I didn't answer. That is a bald faced lie. My phone records all numbers received and missed. Not to mention I called customer service four times total. I was waiting for that call like I was waiting for the package. After waiting all this time. Absolutely the worst My brother bought a pet turtle and UPS was the transportation for this pet turtle. I stay up waiting for the package to be delivered and somehow I missed it( they made no attempts to knock on my studio apartment or call my brother or I). I received a "fail attempt" an hour later so I call corporate. They notified the warehouse about the "live animal" in the truck and told me that they "will" call me within a hour. I schedule a pick-up but 2 hours passed, I called again. Corporate made another attempt to contact the warehouse and told me they "will" call me within a hour for information about it. Another 2 hours passed and I called again; now Corporate made it a priority and said if they don't call back within a hour to call back so they can get their supervisor involved. Another 2 hours passed and I call back, now speaking with the supervisors, and this time they got a hold of the warehouse and said that it's available for pick-up. I asked if the turtle was still alive, the supervisor said that they couldn't confirm it( the supervisor was really concern. So I went to pick it up asap, and noticed the package of completely sealed and no air vent. I ran to my car to open it up with water in a bowl to help it from the heat. It was DEAD. The package was in the hot truck for 8 hours and the turtle was above room temperature. My brothers and I were very devastated over the death of our turtle. Call Corporate and they went ahead to resolve our misused package and careless of our pet made by this warehouse. I hate this place so much read more

UPS is the acronym for U PEOPLE SUCK !!! I watched the driver lob my package upward and bounce it off my 2nd floor door where it fell back to the ground and he tried and failed again. Absolutely the worst UPS store in the U.S.. Several times I have had overnight air deliveries to me that were supposed to be here by 10:30 am, only to get them very late. Today, it is 12:35 pm and still no package. Tried to call them, but only can speak to someone in Panama City, Panama who can only see what I see on the website (which is still not updated from the rescheduled delivery time of 10:30 am). They say a plane was late, but the progress on the package says it was out on the truck for delivery at 8:46 am, nearly 4 hours ago. Where is my package? Just a follow up. I called UPS again at 12:45 pm. The customer service rep was able to locate the driver about 200 yards from my home, so the agent said the package would be delivered soon. What a mistake. No package by 1:45 pm. I called UPS another time to find out what the heck happened. The Supervisor told me that the driver had to make an important delivery by 3:00 pm, so I won't see my package until at least 4:00 pm. I asked where the driver was, since obviously he headed away from my house instead of toward it. The Supervisor, named Ryan, said he was not permitted to provide the driver's current location (even though they are able to track the driver through the dispatcher). Does any of this make any sense to anyone? I somehow got disconnected from Ryan? My callback to UPS got an agent in the Philippines who is unable to tell me anything. read more
