To my disappointment the service was out of order. I asked one of the clerks about it, of course she was clueless. So I stood at the end of the already enormous line hoping that one more person would'nt make to much of a difference since the line was huge.The clerk yelled at me to leave. There's also free medium and large flat rate boxes for priority mail. Over the years the service has been up and down but lately there seems to be a more positive customer service vibe. Even with long lines, I notice how the employees treat each person like a valuable asset. The employees are knowledgeable and answer questions regarding shipping, stamps, and any other postal questions you have. They also post notices for closures on the door, which I've found to be very helpful.

I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.
