    Multiple times my package arrives at Hesperia (where I live) then gets sent to random cities like Wrightwood or Adelanto then circles back eventually to Hesperia. This is why the Government is being hacked to pieces. It's bloated, inefficient, and only has complacent ineffective employees. Oh! And the joke of a mail hold. Can't submit request online, won't work. So submit the card in person the next time I went on vacation. They still delivered my mail. I submitted the mail hold card to the same guy who gave me the mail hold card when the online submission didn't work too lol I've obviously been saving up for this review.

    We paid for postage stamp but have to pay for the gas to get our mails about 30 miles round trip. This USS is mismanagement or incompetent. Always miss packages at East Oak Hills Community mail boxes.

    Expect to wait over an hour for your package. Horrible system.

    Horrible service. I've been coming here so many times over 14 years and receive the most snottiness, rude ladies at the pick-up window. There's no reason an employee should be rolling their eyes and sighing at people just trying to pick up their mail or packages. On top of that, their unorganized system of retrieving packages is complete garbage. They can take over 20 minutes to come back with your package after taking the Orange slip. People wait for more than an hour in line.

    I think this post office is really bad. They never answer the phone and when you think they're gonna pick it up and hangs up.

    Opens late, doesn't make an effort to deliver packages, worst post office I've ever done business with.

    Their service is great. I have no issues while coming here. If I needed anything in particular any employee there will help me with care.

    I had two missing pakages, but they helped me with my issue and proved it was not their fault, but the seller's.

The lady I spoke to said the package was delivered 19 feet away from my home. However, I did not recognize the door from the proof of delivery photo. I was told I would receive a call in 19 minutes and I didn't. The next day I receive an email saying the claim had been closed because they could not contact me. I call them again to find out they did not ever get my number which I then provided. Not even 5 minutes later, I receive a phone call from a number located in Florida. The person on the other line was nearly impossible to hear. It was as if they were 30 feet away from the phone whispering. What I was able to make out is that it was UPS calling to ask if I had received the package which is odd considering I had just called them to tell them I hadn't. After asking the person on the other line to repeat themselves several times, they hung up on me. I called back to find it was a disconnected phone line. Then I receive an email stating the package was delivered and the claim was closed but still no package. I called UPS again to REOPEN the claim for a 2ND time. I never received a call but received ANOTHER email stating the package was delivered which hadn't. This company and its associates clearly do not care about solving their own mistakes. They must be putting too much pressure on their own delivery drivers that they're not able to take the time to make sure their delivering items to the correct address. Instead there's a push to deliver packages as quickly as possible whether to the right address or not. This is a company that should be held responsible for the lost expenses they put on other individuals and companies.

    Per the security staff at the employee parking lot (as well as the UPS agent on the phone that I…read morespoke with) today, this location is now *PERMANENTLY CLOSED*. If your delivery address is serviced by the Baldwin Park UPS hub, you apparently no longer have any means of remediation if 1) UPS attempts to deliver to your home when you are not present, 2) a signature is required, and 3) the shipper does not permit rerouting to a UPS Store (etc.). At this point, I am no longer comfortable choosing UPS as the carrier to deliver goods to my home, and would rather try my chances with USPS and FedEx (or even better, Amazon). **************** Update 7/22/2024: I was able to get a 4th delivery attempt and obtained my package after verbally agreeing to a release waiver with a UPS customer service rep over the phone. That said, we discovered that a signature was never needed for this delivery in the first place, and (based on Ring Cam footage - or lack thereof) the UPS driver involved in the first three "attempts" never even rang my doorbell or knocked on my door to see if I was home during those three "attempts". Absolutely ridiculous. UPS, if you're somehow reading this, you need to do better for your B2C customers.

UPS provided a notice on my door indicating call the customer center for a time to pick up there. I drove to the UPS Customer Center located on the other side of the LA River tucked in cul de sac in an industrial area. I purposely arrived 30 minutes later so I wouldn't have to wait around. When I get there the line is about 10 deep. I check in and they indicate the van that had my package was running late. I waited another 30 minutes waiting for the truck to show up and UPS looking for my package. Thanks for wasting my time UPS.

    Star -- Terrible Service & Dishonest Tracking Updates UPS…read moredelivery service was absolutely unacceptable. They sent my package back to the sender without even attempting delivery, and then lied in the tracking updates as if they tried. No knock, no door tag, no call, nothing.
