Even with long lines, I notice how the employees treat each person like a valuable asset. The employees are knowledgeable and answer questions regarding shipping, stamps, and any other postal questions you have. They also post notices for closures on the door, which I've found to be very helpful.

The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.
