They have everything, Great prices, Great staff, great place to shop! I love this store!!

I was just here and had a decent experience. There is a TON of clothing for ages infant-teen, but most items are for infants and toddlers. Everything was neatly sorted by age and I was quickly able to find some really cute stuff for my 9 month old daughter. It's worth it to really take the time to peruse the racks, because the clothing is packed so tightly in some areas that great stuff gets hidden in the back. I found name-brand items that were basically brand new and couldn't be happier with my purchases. The service was ok. It took a while for the young girl behind the counter to notice I was there, even though she was just standing there with her hands in her pockets. This location would be a little difficult to navigate if more than one person tried to walk down the aisle at a time because the racks of clothes are very close together. I'm talking like, mildly claustrophobic. There was a huge consignment event going on the next parking lot over and was the main reason I came to Rock Hill. I went there first and actually found just as many items at this Once Upon a Child as I did at the enormous consignment sale. OVER PRICED!!!!!!! They will buy your shoes from you for $1.25 and sell them for $10!! Shoes are worn out. The staff are RUDE, and have no costumer service skills. read more

I found a lot of great pieces and made out like a bandit. Like any consignment store, you have good days and bad days but this store really has a very large selection and is organized very well. Well worth my time. read more

Went in to sell some gently used baby clothes. Horrible customer service. No greeting, no welcome. Just "do you have your ID" not the little spiel they are supposed to say "have you ever sold here before" etc etc. I shopped for a few things while they processed my buy. I brought in a medium sized bin and they processed it within 2 minutes. Their system sends you a text when it's done so I know for a fact it was a literal 2 minutes. they barely looked at anything and purchased maybe 5-6 items including one outfit that was NWT Levi's brand. They gave me $11 for all items. I was so annoyed but they had already had such horrible attitudes with misspelling my name (even though it was literally written down in front of them) and an exchange I had. When I asked to look and see what they were buying from me the girl said yeah just don't mess up the order and proceeded to lean over the register like she was sleepy or something. So unprofessional and the girl in charge of processing my buy "TB" is is one of the worst customer service, retail workers attitudes ever. I have no idea who is in charge at this location but you'd think they're hire better people to work in a children's store. Such horrible attitudes. TB should not work here anymore read more

I have been to this location multiple times and always had a pleasant experience but I rated 3 stars due to the poor experience I had today. The young girl working check in and out was very rude, every word out of her mouth had an attitude. There was a conversation being talked about the restroom being "employees only" and how its that way for a reason, that I felt was unnecessary for the sales floor. There was a blonde young lady going through the items being sold who was very nice and tried to make up for the other young lady with an attitude but it was a lost cause.
