A referral was sent in July, I called for an appointment, the same (should never-ever work with patients) booking gal told me she didn't get it! So she couldn't book an appointment. I called days later, left detailed message. Crickets, nothing. This week I left several messages. ER Reffered me and my primary. She leaves me a message I call back. She tells me she didn't get the referral from my primary resent yesterday and that the July one is expired. She asked my insurance I tell her I was at mercy dignity health and she tells me they don't take my insurance? What I said; I have Hills physicians and she tells me they don't take mercy. "???" Stating we should hear back in 7-10 days. The CT was completed over two weeks ago and they still haven't bothered to review it. Granted, the initial referral was marked "Urgent." Very poor practice management. They are causing patient harm with their negligence.
