The only work they completed was replacing a pressure regulator valve and an isolation valve--and at this point, I have no confidence I even needed those. Meanwhile, the leak I originally called about is still unresolved. The communication was abysmal. I had to chase them down for every update, was repeatedly told they would show up and didn't, and never once received a callback from the owner despite multiple requests. Getting any kind of response felt like pulling teeth. Professionalism was essentially nonexistent. The person answering the phone openly admitted she "doesn't understand plumbing," which raises serious questions about how this business is even being run. They also cut into my garage drywall without informing me that I would be responsible for the repair, leaving me to deal with the damage on my own. At the end of the day, I paid $1,250 for a problem that wasn't fixed, unnecessary work I didn't ask for, and a month of frustration. I would not trust them to diagnose--let alone repair--anything correctly.

We replaced both mixing valves on the showers and still ha the problem. using the owners manual I troubleshot the hot water heater, but could not find an issue. Our neighbor highly recommended Robert at 21st century. Roberts communication was excellent while setting up the appointment. We found him to be professional, engaging, and instructive. Within five minutes, he had a diagnosis and shortly thereafter had the hot water heater fixed for us. Great service, friendly guy, extremely reasonable prices. However, I had another problem. This time, I had no shower. When I turned the knob for my shower, I just got like a vibration and nothing coming out of the shower. I was reduced to having to take "bucket baths." I called Ata again, and he said he could. blow out the shower line with his air compressor, To see if that would fix the problem He said he could come out the very next morning. He showed up with his air compressor, I turned off the water, he hooked up the air compressor to the shower line, and out popped a little rock. Apparently, what it looks like had happened, was the rock came loose when the city was flushing out the pipes, and unfortunately, it worked its way into my shower line. In other words, I won the bad luck lottery. Once that little rock was gone, I had full shower pressure once again. The price for the second job was also extremely reasonable. If I would've called one of those plumbing companies that have to pay for TV advertising, they would've probably told me that I had to rip out the wall to replace the shower pipes. Ata was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very fair with his pricing. If I have plumbing problems in the future, I know who I'm calling. Thank you!
