He found and fixed the source of a leak, and replaced two fixtures for us (our choice to do so, instead of attempting a repair) -- a hot water tank & dispenser, and a kitchen faucet. Our kitchen sink got clogged, and like anyone, we tried for two days to rectify the situation on our own, in since making things worse in the end. Finally, fed up, I called Detail Plumbing. Only answered advised me he would come out in the afternoon and quoted me a price for the service. I received a text about a half-hour to an hour later saying they would come out earlier than they planned. However, once they arrived, they were able to unclog the clogged drain and correct our pipe issues as well.
