I had been referred to Ata via a Rancho Cordova page on Facebook. They did not do me wrong. He came out and helped me a while back, when my faucets were leaking. Great service, friendly guy, extremely reasonable prices. However, I had another problem. This time, I had no shower. When I turned the knob for my shower, I just got like a vibration and nothing coming out of the shower. I was reduced to having to take "bucket baths." I called Ata again, and he said he could. blow out the shower line with his air compressor, To see if that would fix the problem He said he could come out the very next morning. He showed up with his air compressor, I turned off the water, he hooked up the air compressor to the shower line, and out popped a little rock. Apparently, what it looks like had happened, was the rock came loose when the city was flushing out the pipes, and unfortunately, it worked its way into my shower line. In other words, I won the bad luck lottery. Once that little rock was gone, I had full shower pressure once again. The price for the second job was also extremely reasonable. If I would've called one of those plumbing companies that have to pay for TV advertising, they would've probably told me that I had to rip out the wall to replace the shower pipes. Ata's perfect 5/5 ratings are no fluke; this man is a god send and I'm so happy to have met him. While replacing my roof, we found a corroded gas line embedded into the roofline. It needed to be replaced badly before any further work could be done on the roof. So, I called Ata, who came out to inspect the gas line within an hour of calling. He was so kind and honest at our initial meeting. We agreed for him to return the following morning, Friday, to complete the work. While working, he was so gracious and respectful and did a perfect job. On Saturday morning, I realized my gas oven and water heater were not running. He figured out the problem rather quickly and did not charge me for an unneeded service that he originally estimated. But he also made me feel empowered and in control to make decisions. I can't recommend Manneh Plumbing more highly. My only toilet wouldn't flush on Sunday, the worst possible day for a plumbing problem. The first business I called agreed to "solve my problem" if I committed to having my entire toilet replaced for $800 sight unseen, just based on a couple of photos. This is the most honest and nicest plumber I have ever met. He doesn't try to overcharge you or sell you things you don't need. He also will not put inferior parts in just to save money. He's very open about the different options and gives you the pros and cons of each. While working he keeps the space tidy and is very considerate of your home. Today, 8/23/19 I called Ata to our home because our sewer lines were all backed up, flowing onto the outdoor patio. Ata worked us into his schedule and was able to rectify our "reoccurring" blockages, which appears to be a slope issue. We truly admire Ata's professional approach at troubleshooting and resolving. We highly recommend his services. 4/18. Our washing machine drainage backed up into the kitchen sink and wouldn't drain out through the sewer lines. We called Manneh Plumbing and Ata was able to come out and troubleshoot our complicated mobile home plumbing. His expertise was challenged but persistence paid off and he located the blockage and was able to correct the issue. Under a difficult mistake made last night and calling around to get quotes in order to fix the fault and value in my shower. Ata was one of few people who gave me quote on sight. Called around to the bigger well known names in plumbing but there pretty much priced themselves out of the picture. I have to admit given how much I needed to get the repairs done and water turned back into the house. Never got around to reading anyone's reviews on yelp but I will say that I've found my plumber if I ever need one. Ata was honest and genuine in what he was offering whether it was the quote or advice given the situation, I truly feel that he was putting me as the customer first and was man of his word. Given that his quote was less then most of quotes I got. His work was great, kept me updated and explained what and why certain things happen and how to make repairs in future if I want to attempt it later. I didn't read any of his reviews until after the work was completed and he lived up to what I discover for myself and was backed up in pretty much half the total reviews I read. Ata, the owner was a pleasure to do business with. We had a clogged drain in the kitchen and he came out the next day. Once out we found the our clean out plug was original to out house and stuck. He had to drill out and then was able to replace the plug and snake he line. He was very thorough and checked the line several times to make sure all was good.
