We placed the order Thursday 11PM. I took a chance. I figured it would have gone out Friday so that I could have it by Saturday at the latest Sunday. This would have been fine because we needed the shirt for Monday morning. I tried calling their business number several times and never received a call back. Messaged them again to ask if they received my order. Still nothing. We finally got a shipping confirmation Friday afternoon... but we never got a tracking number. Well it was a good thing we purchase a backup shirt elsewhere because we NEVER got the shirt on time. We got the shirt Monday afternoon. Way after the time we needed it. So now we contacted them again via email to begin the process to return the shirt. We never even took it out of the package. Again, we follow the directions to begin a return and request an RMA #. I don't know why we tried. I don't know why we thought they would ever respond. They never replied. I of course tried calling... it's a machine. Every. Single. Time.

We were looking for a Homecoming outfit for my son. When I went to high school we did not have a…read morehomecoming dance. Our dances were held in hotels and never at school. So I didn't know what to base our sons on. Once we walked in we told the sales associate what we knew. The theme was an ocean theme, semi formal, and his date was wearing navy blue. The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Parking was easy since it shares a lot with other businesses. Overall, we will continue to come here to purchase suits. Customer service is great, it's affordable, and they have everything here from ties, socks, cuffs, shoes, full suits, etc.

About 5 years ago, I was in Julian with girlfriends instead of my husband and we went inside. First of all, Kathy is such a sweet lady and so is the other gal with the small dog. They are both very nice and helpful! They have dresses, pants, tops, jackets, cute clocks up high, and some cute gift items. Through this shop, I was turned onto Jess & Jane brand tops, which I love (along with some other nice brands). Jess & Jane are often 100% cotton (yeah!) and are made in the USA (big applause). Every time we visit Julian (once or twice a year), I come in here and almost always find something. They also typically have a sale rack out on the front porch. They have a nice little dressing room so that you can try things on before buying. Check this place out on your visit!

By the time we got to Julian, I was a distraught mess since we only had less than an hour to find me a new ensemble. Kathy was so incredibly helpful. She found a very nice dress for me to wear and was even willing to hem it if necessary. Thankfully, it didn't come to that. She also helped me find a great necklace to go with my new outfit. I had already paid by the time I realized I didn't have earrings to match. Kathy gave me a pair of earrings to take with me. I just can't say enough good things about her. The outfit turned out to be better than the one I forgot at home. She really came through in a pinch, and I'll be forever grateful.
