I was recommended by my sister and she gave them a great review and hyped them up real bad; I was very excited to get my nails done here for the first time. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday July 5 2026 at 1:45pm. Weeks prior, I did call and ask if they were going to be open, of course because of the 4th of July weekend and the young lady said yes we will be open. I also confirmed again and said, it's 4th of July weekend so y'all are open, and she still said yes. I left church that afternoon to make it to my appointment on time. When I arrived and parked, there was a hand written note on the front door on printer paper in black ink taped to it that said "We are closed today." I didn't get a phone call, text or email telling me they were closed at all. I was very disappointed and upset about this one, because I had an event to get to the next day. Two, because my sister said they were the best nail salon and did great work, and I was excited to experience it. Three, because I could have saved my time and gas money in a city I was not from. I ended up going to Palladium Nails in High Point, just maybe 2-3 minutes away and Emily hooked me up. One of the best pedicures I've ever had in my 32 years of life. I also got builder gel for the first time and it burned lol, but my nails turned out pretty. Now the color I chose and the one Emily chose were totally different colors, but I was still very pleased.
