The seats are extremely tight, not much leg room and a bit uncomfortable after a while. I feel like the guides weren't very helpful at getting people to their seats. I I'm still not sure where they label the sections, I had to ask several people and that made some other people realize they were in the wrong seats/section. The lobby opens 1 hr before the show but the doors to be seated don't open until 30 min prior. I suggest getting there 15-20 min before the show starts for smoother entry. You will still have time to grab a drink and find your seats without the hassle of the pre show crowd. It was so chaotic. The drinks are spendy for what you get but they don't take tips so I guess it somewhat evens out. You can request a lid for your drink which for me is a must in these crowded spaces. Not my fav theatre but the if there's a play I'd like to see, I'd go here!

It was a beautiful way to lose my virginity to this venue. Metal with actual raw pieces of meat and fake blood. My teenage self was on the road to having ringing in my later years. Biggest name for me? Jane's Addiction before they moved to the Main Room and that Lala Palooza thing. Hell, the pretenders played there in 2023 as a warmup place to kick off their big tour and to get close to fans. How kick ass is that? The place holds 250 people. 250! Think about that. Nirvana also played that room before they blew up. The last amazing show I saw there was Melissa Carper in the late summer of 2024. Three piece band. A fiddle player, Melissa on a standup base and a dude strumming on a hollow body. It was one of those shows where the audience was there for the music and there was no chit chat. The music was beautiful and I was rocking ear plugs, even though they weren't really needed for that show. It was f'n beautiful. I can't believe I'm only associated with two photos (at the writing of this review) and I will be correcting that. Cross over between the Main Room is now kind of a pain in the ass as people typically don't do it and staff are a little in the muck but it is what it is. If you can see a show there, do it.

I've attended a bunch of concerts here and the atmosphere is chill, fun, and intimate. Bar staff is fast and I like the selection of drinks they offer. Prices on beverages were a little wild considering the amount we received ($16+ for less than half a glass of Sauvignon Blanc) and the additional 18% automatically tacked on. I wish expectation for photos was more clearly marked. I didn't see anything when I went in (I definitely could've missed it). The instructions provided by the security (?) of no video but ok with photo was confusing when they came back a second time to say no more photos.

Even if you don't do that, it's a super nice venue. They had water all over that was free so bring a water bottle that fits their specifics and you can refill it for free. The music was good, the acoustics were good, and it was a beautiful night with a full moon. My only suggestion would be to have the people drinking lots of beer do it in the beer gardens instead of spilling it all over the ground by everybody else. Maybe have a designated smoking area or vaping area because there was a lot of smoke around where I was and I noticed that as a non-smoker.

It was like sorting through a landmine trying to find a seat that had decent views in our price point and getting an aisle spot to the legroom didn't affect us as much. Bunker's has the classic neighborhood dive bar feel: unpretentious, welcoming, and all about the live music. We went on a Tuesday night for the 9:30 p.m. set. The band took a short break before coming back for another set at 11:30, making for a fun evening of entertainment. I loved how the International Reggae All Stars blended original reggae songs with reggae-inspired covers of classics like Purple Rain, My Girl, and other familiar favorites. It was such a creative twist, and the crowd was singing and dancing right along with the band. One thing I appreciated was that it wasn't overly crowded. Our group of four had no trouble finding a table, and there was a great mix of people of all ages and backgrounds just enjoying the music together. The bathrooms were also surprisingly clean, which is always a nice bonus at a dive bar. There's a $10 cash cover, so be sure to come prepared. Parking was easy, with both street parking and a lot right next door that charges $4 per hour before midnight and becomes free after midnight. I only had a Coke, but it looked like they have a full bar with plenty of drink options. If you're looking for a no-frills spot with great live music and an easygoing atmosphere, Bunker's is well worth a visit. I'll definitely be back to catch another set from the International Reggae All Stars!
