This particular one was New York to LA and stopped in his old high school town to try some local BBQ. We were not disappointed. Brothers BBQ is out of a small building with outdoor seating only. The brisket was juicy and thick cut, the sauce serving was generous and paired nicely with the char on the fat layer. My husband's hot link sandwich was delicious, the meat was sumptuous and flavorful. Finally the sides were surprisingly just as good if not even better than the BBQ! The collard greens were made perfectly, so hard to find a place that does it right and coaxes out such delicious flavors. The beans were by far the star though, I've never had better at any establishment in the country. There's some sort of ground meat and a little bit of spicy BBQ flavor that make these so irresistible. Got 3 different drinks and they were all good... Got a hot caramel macchiato, iced matcha and one of the signature drinks and they all tasted really good... The places was really unique there's no table or chairs to sit at it's literally a drive through as you can see in the picture... the little stand alone shed or trailer vibe was a nice look.
