I don't remember ever being greeted when popping in and a few months ago, an employee sitting at a desk responded in a snooty, snarky way when my husband inadvertently wandered toward an area apparently intended for employees. So, actually, 2 stars is generous. I wandered in again today (see above for selection) and found a few pieces I could definitely see in my house. Then I remembered the visit with my husband and left. Feeling welcomed is very important.
