Flexsteel would only increase the leg height of the ottoman (already legs higher than the loveseat) to remedy the situation even though it was an unacceptable solution. Promises to "have somebody call you" have been made but not kept, after telling my MIL that they couldn't even find record of the sale. Kind of hard to believe, especially because this dresser is one of their "specialty pieces" and very unique (she showed them pictures). So disheartening. We fixed the dresser ourselves, after waiting a month for them to make things right. I will likely never buy anything from them again and hope my new sectional lasts longer than the dresser did.

Then they have random tags showing a discount % which is off the sale price not the discounted price and it comes to a different price. Oh and on top of that they are open to negotiation. So many different things to consider and deal with on pricing. The pricing is insane!! Even the "sale price" on items is super high. The sofa I looked at had a sale price of $999 and a store closing price of $798. I swear I saw this sofa at another store for $599. So high prices, friendly staff, and a fake store closing sale. Sounds like this store is just trying to make some money from people who think they can get better price from a fake store closing.
