They called again so I answered and it was the owner who said to me "We are going to have a little chat" and I said "excuse me?" And he said "yes...we are going to have a come to Jesus talk" I said "you're going to speak to me like this?" And he said "what you are doing is basically extortion". And I hung up. When my family sent me a photo, I was honestly surprised at how small the arrangement was compared to what's shown on their website. The flowers themselves were nice, but the size and overall value didn't match what I expected for $100. This ended up being the last time I was able to send my grandma flowers before she passed. I reached out and the only resolution they offered was 15% off a future order. Given the situation, that didn't feel like a meaningful resolution. Spend more money in the future to be disappointed again. I gave them a chance to make it right, but unfortunately they didn't.
