It's about Customer Service! I live out of town but spent my birthday in Minneapolis so I wanted to order my favorite flowers for myself...peonies. The bouquet came but half of the flowers were wilted. They asked for pictures which I provided. The response I received was that I received a different species of peonies and that's what I had. I googled what they said I received and they were beautiful but not what I received. So I emailed a side by side...my flowers to the googled flowers. When I didn't hear back I left a voicemail and I simply said I will be writing a review that reflects the quality of the bouquet I received. Almost immediately I had a phone call from a number I didn't recognize so I didn't answer. They called again so I answered and it was the owner who said to me "We are going to have a little chat" and I said "excuse me?" And he said "yes...we are going to have a come to Jesus talk" I said "you're going to speak to me like this?" And he said "what you are doing is basically extortion". And I hung up. He attempted to call at least 4-5 more times which I ignored. A little while later I received an email saying they were going to deliver 6 more stems at their own cost. They did come and they looked great. And I wondered why they couldn't have handled this opportunity like this in the first place. It makes you shake your head. read more

Bought a 8 Rose bouquet for my GF for Valentine's. The folks at Indulge and bloom did a wonderful job at weather proofing it so that could walk back with it for 15 mins bravtng the Minneapolis winds . The flowers stayed fresh for nearly 5 days which was definitely a bonus . Definitely recommend them for future pampering needs ;) read more

We ordered flowers from Indulge and Bloom for my sister-in-law whose father passed away. We live out of state, so I searched for a florist near Edina with good reviews. The arrangement we chose cost over $100. When my brother sent a picture of what was delivered, it in no way looked like a $100 flower arrangement and certainly didn't look like the picture on the website. It was truly embarrassing. I would have been fine if it didn't look like the picture but was a well done arrangement. It looked so sad and the flowers were starting to turn brown and wilt. I phoned Indulge and Bloom and kindly expressed our displeasure with the arrangement. The person I spoke to said in the pictures all the flowers are pulled to the front to look full and you shouldn't expect what you get to look like the picture. Huh?!?!?! I again calmly expressed our displeasure with the arrangement and she said she would talk to the person who designed the arrangement (who I could hear yelling at her in the background) and she would call me back. Needless to say, neither she nor anyone from Indulge and Bloom called us back. Please save yourself the embarrassment and headache and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

This store is a perfect gem in downtown Minneapolis! They carry the prettiest and very unique Holiday decorations, and their fresh flowers and plants are always lovely. Love this store when looking for a gift!!! I'll pay a tiny bit extra for something unique, but really the prices are very reasonable! read more

I chose to work with the Downtown Minneapolis location of Indulge & Bloom because it was a short walk through the Skyway--but I would recommend the Edina and Uptown stores as well. Working with Abbie was lovely. I was absolutely positive I would have to forgo Peonies because my November wedding was so far passed the time when they are in season, but she made it work--and without a huge price tag. During all the day-of fuss, Abbie delivered our bouquets and boutonnières on time at two different locations on opposite sides of the Twin Cities. When we arrived for our ceremony, the flower arrangements were picture-perfect at the church as well. Great communication. Great vision. Incredibly thoughtful staff. read more

Purchased a bouquet for Mother's Day on Friday, May 10, for $100. Two days later (on Mother's Day) the flowers were wilted and falling apart. Very disappointing. And, I was embarrassed to have provided my wife what now looked like a cheap gift. I have tried to reach someone at Indulge & Bloom for 2 weeks. No response. I love this little flower/gift shop! They are right downtown Minneapolis, and right on the skyway as you exit Gavidae. They always have a nice assortment of fresh flowers to take to your desk, a co-worker, or home. With the gift shop right there, it's super convenient for picking up a last minute gift, or a spur of the moment gift, before heading home. The gift selection isn't extensive, but is varied, somewhat interesting and unique, and has options for a great variety of occasions. Although I've only bought flowers on occasion, the florist has given me great tips on how to make blooms last longer, etc. that's been very helpful generally. It is sort of a bonus that this shop is right across from a Caribou, and just a few shops down from a fabulous cupcake, French macaroon, sweets type shop. read more

A very cute flower shop with a lot of options. They don't sell potting mix for plants but do have some cute pots available and plenty of reading options on gardening etc. The woman working was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions on orchids. I'll definitely go back her for flowers or orders in the future. It gets four stars since I didn't get to check out their prices so to be continued. read more

Let me preface by saying this review relates to May 9, 2017. I just noticed I had posted my original review for a different location... Visited the store to pickup flowers for a work event. The whole while I'm looking at flowers, one employee is hovering over me, offering unsolicited advice in a condescending manner. Very rude service. There was a trainee behind the cash register who I am hoping does not learn her customer service skills from the man training her. I will never shop there again for myself or company. read more

I used to work downtown and mosey my way through the skyway. I've been to Indulge & Bloom about a dozen times and have bought some cool succulents here for my apartment. In addition to house plants,they have a small selection of cut flowers that are more unique than what you would usually expect in the skyway, but I feel they are a bit on the pricey side. Horrible customer service, rude staff. I waited 5 mins at the counter for someone to turn around and acknowledge me and the three people behind me, despite saying hello with no response. The person putting together my bouquet had no clue what the price of anything was. Based on her guesses, I put together a bouquet that should have been $40. $58 dollars later, I had a poorly put together bouquet and a additional annoyance with the man behind the counter who was unwilling to help his coworkers or the patrons. Unprofessional and very rude to customers. Not only are bouquets over priced and much much smaller than promised, one salesmen also yells at customers for asking him the to correct the note on the card. read more
