I personally have lots of dental anxiety and just being in a dental office makes me nervous, but Dr. Martha and her team have made me feel so much more at ease with each appointment. I had crowns replaced, a root canal and some of my wisdom teeth removed, which I have healed perfectly fine from! Their dental hygienists are also great and super friendly. If you're anxious (or scared) about getting dental work done, I highly recommend this office!

I asked them to refund me due to failed services. Since what they did sign work. I asked for my dental records and X-ray. I wanted to speak with manager. But she's either "gone" or " busy". They sent me edited and cropped images of my X-rays that didn't show the infection or what they did wrong. Big red flag off the bat. When I emailed back letting them know I want my X-rays not doctored they ignored me. Extremely fake place. They will ignore you and not reply when you try to talk to them about what they did wrong. Letting them know I received "failed services" for my root canal apparently made them upset. Root canal is infected now again. Crown never sat properly and even came off once. When I went back due to the crown falling off, they told me it was just "fixed" but if antibiotics and the crown didn't work I would get a $500 credit to remove the molar. Really? you messed up and you'll pull out my tooth for $500 oh but the credit will make it free? Gee thanks. Now it's infected again After spending thousands. They failed. And now they are ignoring me. Will not return calls or emails. I had to walk in to talk about it and was told by the office manager they were busy and I would have to wait awhile. I had other obligations and don't have time to sit there and be ignored. I just asked them to respond to my emails. She said she would call me. They did not. They were so busy that when I arrived the two dentists and the office manager were just sitting up front with NO patients and sitting on their computers chatting. Another thing my wife never pays for cleaning at her dentist but here for some reason I have a copay even though I'm in network and they told me as such. I've since switched dentists. So now I'll have to let the system work and hope justice prevails. Don't go through the same headache I did. They had their chance to make things right. What I experienced in response was honestly shocking and incredibly disappointing. The screenshots below show my correspondence with their office this morning, and the tone was dismissive, cold, and unnecessarily rude. As a long-time patient, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, I was made to feel like simply asking for clarification of out of pocket cost for replacement retainers was somehow an inconvenience to them. If this is how they treat families who have been with them for years, I would strongly caution anyone considering becoming a new patient. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the dental care itself, and unfortunately this interaction led to them never getting another penny out of me.
