I was in town needing something to do while my wife and daughter went wedding dress shopping, and just stumbled upon this little brewery having their five year anniversary party. Really fun atmosphere with live music. The two special releases for the birthday were outstanding. Definitely will be back the next time I am in town.

Stopped here for the first time this past weekend and we LOVED it! I had the Dude Playing A Dude Disguised As Another Dude NEIPA and my husband had the Pale ale, both were quality! The bartender, Jessica, was very friendly and the bar was cozy and had some fun light fixtures to look at. We will definitely be back! Great place to stop!

This is a great little brewery in Rockford. The selection of delicious craft beer is very good. All the ones I tried were awesome. If you're not into craft beer(why not??)there's something for you as well, so bring your hind parts on down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, so they can help people new to craft beer with selections that fit your taste. Urban Forest is on my recommend list. Cheers!

Came in our way to Rock Cut. My friends and I were greeted promptly and their cans to go were right as I walked in. They were pretty busy due to a soccer event, but seemed very organized. At the time of my visit they had 3 choices in cans, but I was told crowler and growler fills were available. As I didn't bring my growler, I chose 2 out of the 3 to take home. Person that rang me up was super friendly and as I was waiting for my friend another checked in to make sure everything was good. I would recommend.

Nice little brewery. I was greeted immediately by a friendly bartender. The beer selection was good and I got four beers that I thought were generally tasty. The establishment is clean and the service was prompt and accommodating. I would recommend a visit if in Rockford.

We came here during the first part of the COVID lockdown in 2020 and loved the vibe and the people behind the counter. There was a good variety of beer then, with darks and lights. We came back on a Friday night, summer 2021 and were very disappointed. There were only six beers on tap, (three of these were IPAs which neither of us likes) and no darks. With two other choices, we decided on the vanilla cream ale which was super unimpressive. The staff behind the bar ignored us when we came in and served everyone else around us which definitely didn't leave us feeling welcome or comfortable. Coming from a city where craft breweries are plentiful, we would give this one 3 stars out of 10 for service, selection, and quality of the beers. If it was the beers alone, it would get an even lower rating. If this place wants to succeed in the craft beer market, they need a bigger selection, a few dark beers, and a major training class on how to treat and welcome their customers. We would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a good craft brewing experience.

Small cute brewery; have some snacky options but saw plenty of people bringing in their own food. Bartender helpful with choosing beers!

Everyone Deserves a second Chance…read more I visited PSB on my lunch because they have a Plant based Gyro and that in itself is very difficult to find. They were steady for lunch but not nearly as busy as I expected at 1230 on a Friday. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very nice. She was very polite and attentive. I ordered the one thing I came for (obviously), and was surprised by how quickly It was ready. Something I appreciated as I was on lunch at work, so I had limited time to begin with. The Gyro was delicious! I got their pickled onions on the side as I wasn't sure how strong they'd be. They were actually very good and an excellent compliment to the gyro itself. The Gyro was served with Potato Wedges. These I could have done without, they differed in size so the cook was drastically different depending on which one you got. The small ones were almost over done and the large ones weren't cooked enough. The Sandwich was definitely the highlight of my meal. This place is so cool, Such a beautiful building with amazing outdoor seating. My other complaint is the price. $20+ for a sandwich (after tax) is outrageous. I am very happy to have tried it, It was delicious. I most likely won't go back for that sandwich though. Too many options around at a fraction of the price. This place definitely deserves to be tried by everyone. They are one of the best spots in all of Rockford.

I had all the options! We ordered the Death Grip IPA and Briéekraut Oktoberfest, which we both loved. We started our meal with an order of nachos to start, and they were covered in a delicious nacho "cheese" and a a chili. My meal was the loaded Mac n Cheezy Bowl - which was so incredible (especially when you don't need to worry about the amount of dairy in it!!). My husband got the Grilled Cheeze Steak Tacos and really enjoyed them! The taco is made with a mini quesadilla as the shell with a delicious filling. Our server was extremely friendly, welcoming, and ensured a great experience. The restaurant definitely feels like a classic brewery with fun decorations and exposed brewing equipment, which is always awesome to see. Added plus is they have free Tesla charging for customers! (Possibly other electric car charging, but I didn't check) We will definitely be back!

It gets crowded because people around here know good beer it seems. Along with the beers is also a food menu. The prices are higher than the grubby bars in town, but for sure it matches the higher quality. Better get prepared for how hard it is to park here. It's got a parking lot but it's full often. This was crazy the last time we came here on a weekend. People around here know it's better beer than the crap they otherwise have. You may have to park on a street. Beers are pricier than average but they make smaller batches. It's about $8 a pint. Best of the ones we had was the Highland Hairy. This is a Belgian IPA. A pretty good amount of food. There's a ton of pizzas. Most food choices are meaty. There's also wings. A lot of big and messy items. It's about $7 for the Garden Salad. A pretty standard one with croutons. There's also salads covered in bacon, buffalo chicken, and other heavy stuff. Got to be one of the places to go if you're around here. It's really busy at times, and just park wherever if you can't get a spot. They're located on the east side of town, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

This place is EASILY my favorite brewery in IL…read more I have been visiting More Brewing for several years now and I have never once left without being totally pleased with what I drank or ate. The Food They have a very diverse and inclusive menu. We are able to go with adult friends and/or our children and everyone is able to find something that suits them and they always seem to speak very highly of what they ordered. Their Pretzel is amazing, they have some of the best Cheese curds I have ever had, decent pizzas, Huge salads, and plenty of vegetarian options. I would be more than happy with their food even if they didn't have amazing beer. The Beer I have yet to try a beer from More Brewing that I didn't enjoy. Even the styles i typically do not enjoy. I think this speaks volumes to their brewers and the amazing work they are doing. I am an IPA fan and theirs are just better than most I have had. They even released a Malort Collab and it was unbelievable. If you're simply in the market for delicious cold refreshments, they have you covered. Staff I personally have never interacted with anyone that worked here that wasn't very pleasant to interact with. Everyone has a very chill, happy energy. The vibes here are always great and that goes a long way for someone like me. Merch If you're into Brewery swag, they have a cool storefront with excellent quality shirts and glasses. I will say, their glasses do not hold up well to traditional dishwashers so expect to handwash if you don't want lose the decals they apply to their glasses. I already tell everyone I know how much i love this place and how they have to try it, so the obvious next step was to tell the yelp world!
