I often think of the Polaris location when I need to go to the LOFT, but after this most recent visit to the Dublin location, this is where I'll be going from now on! Staff is very helpful and polite (and not pushy), the store is spread out and not crowded, and it's extremely easy to get in and out. No mall parking lot to navigate or mall to walk through to get to the LOFT. Just park in one of the many spots available in this strip like mall and walk in! Beautiful!

Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund. I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere. I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle delicate merchandise like suede so that the quality isn't compromised. I would've expected higher standards from an upscale boutique.
