Once, I walked in with my husband and they must have thought "here comes the checking account along with the customer". That day I was spoilt rotten by the staff to the extent that I ended up buying two outfits at full price. The next time, I was alone and looking for deals. So I hopped over to the SALE section. That day nobody bothered to throw a glance at me. Talking about the clothes, I love their designs and cuts but the materials that they use are just not upto the mark, especially the winter-wear. They use a lot of faux materials and charge you for pure wool, leather or cotton.

My husband was in need for some all white sneakers & when I say he is picky I mean it, so being that he loves Coach shoes we had to see if they had what he was looking for! The salesgirl was very pleasant & so helpful even though they were closing shortly after we arrived, my husband decided on two styles to try on. Thankfully the style that he preferred was the shoe that had his size & as he likes to say... it was meant to be, therefore must be bought!! Well my husband was leaving with a pair of shoes, therefore I had to find something for myself... sorry girls, now I was really thinking what did I want? I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! To me that speaks volumes on this particular store as a whole & how we were treated from the moment we entered until we checked out, then to get an email from Ciselly.... this location will definitely see us again!!

They also had a neat retractable usb phone charging cable, headphones, clothes, shoes, toiletries- detox masks, hand creams, makeup and lots of other great stocking stuffers. The girls at the front counter were super nice and hospitable. Definitely a great place to shop for unique gifts!

Today one of my friends texted me alerting me that Francesca's at Dana Park was having a 60% off…read moresale and she scored 6 Volcano candles in case I was interested knowing how much I love volcano candles. I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.

I was extremely surprised to find nothing that is FR rated or even high viz (1 shirt and yes 1 single shirt was high Viz) that was available at the store. This was very disappointing!! I guess back to Ariat, they carry high Viz and FR gear in store, they could have more options available but at lest they are there!!! And some good sales I might add.

Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I had any questions or been in before. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section.
