I asked the cashier for clarification, "do you mean credit cards?" - I was told again, that they charge 0.20cents for card payments. Which is also, reflected on my receipt. I did bring it to the cashier and the store manager's attention that charging a surcharge on a debit card, is completely illegal. However, I unfortunately will now be reporting this to the Attorney General Office and BBB for further investigation.

They also have quite a bit of tops/sweaters to go with their well know jeans. The best part about NYDJ is that they are very sliming, soft material and very flattering. Oh look...... a nice hole was starting where the sensor got stuck and wouldnt come off. 1 wash and the hole would get bigger. Went back in the store and I looked at the placement of the sensor on all the pants of the one I got. All the sensors are placed not on the seam. Theyre going to become a hole....bad worker that censored them. That ruined all of those pants you know. I used to work in retail and you just don't place sensors on clothing items in random spots. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. Staff is always friendly and returns are a breeze when necessary!

I am considering completely deleting my account permanently with Lane Bryant just because I have had such negative experiences at the Tempe Lane Bryant. They hired a new manager Lucy and the entire energy of the store is night and day different. There are no greetings, no smiles, no assistance with anything and heaven forbid do not ask a question or ever interrupt the manager from working on displays or setting up the store. You will annoy her & get "the look" ! Every associate looks so unhappy since the new changes of management took place. I refuse to go to this store ever again and will drive to the other end of town just to avoid shopping in Tempe. I don't care how neat and tidy a store is kept, how perfectly you design your displays. If the customer doesn't get acknowledged and feels the way I do shopping there you have completely lost the entire point of owning and operating a store business. If I was a secret shopper I would give this store a ZERO! Find people that "like people" to manager your stores and it will make an enormous difference. What a difference 2 years can make! Wow!

I knew in my heart I was not going to get everything I wanted, so I had then numbered in order of importance. I met with Sipora and she listened to my concerns and my wants/needs and guess what, she found a bra that met all 4 criteria!!! I couldn't believe it!! I bought two for now, a black one and a white one. I will see if I still feel excited about them after a few weeks and then will buy more if that is the case. I am so grateful to her for listening to me. CC's has a bra for everyone. I recommend everyone who is frustrated with the whole process of buying a bra give them a try. NOTE: The area and the building are a little "sketchy" but once you get inside everything is fine.

I walked in to pick up one item and asked for help at the Chanel counter ( the line I mostly purchase) and a sales rep waived her hand in the air not making eye contact for me to go to the corner of the cosmetic department to find the one beauty eyelash tool I was looking for. I didn't understand so I asked for help again and I was greeted by Alina. She walked me over , showed me the product and was willing to move aside for the Shishido rep to ring me up but I asked Alina if I could ask a few questions and she selected two more products from her line she represents for me that I simply love. Alina was a breath of fresh air. Approachable, professional, and very kind I have shared with about 20 of my closest friends who to go see at Nordstrom's.

There's tons of great merchandise and a decent shoe selection, most of which are reasonably priced. What really gets me is that the left half of the store is for plus-size women. Again, half of the store is the same great flashy fashion in larger sizes. How great is that? I love that they really go out of their way to have something for ever customer.
