They wouldn't sell me a hoodie i wanted that was supposed to be on sale for $39 according to the sale sign for "Select Hoodies" which was only located on the rack for my hoodie. This sale i assume is offer a discount to only select hoodies which the sale sign indicated was the color i wished to purchase. But at the register they told me the sale was for another hoodie rack which simply was not what the sale signs in the store reflected. When the manager finally came out of her office "to double check" which hoodies were on sale, i followed to show that the sale sign was in fact on the hoodie i wanted to buy, only to see her move the sale sign to another hoodie rack. Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! PLEASE READ! so i went to the natick mall yesterday with my friend and we stopped by urban outfitters and tried some stuff on. while we were in the dressing rooms, we kept walking out to show each other what the clothes looked like on us. there was this mother that was glancing at us up & down every time we walked out to the big mirror. while we were in the dressing rooms, we heard the mother bash on her pre-teen/teenager with comments such as: "are you wearing/have anything that DOESNT look terrible?", "you look terrible", "you look awful", "those jeans are ugly", etc. nothing positive was said. as this was being said, numerous of people are in hearing distance. one customer said "you shouldn't be saying that" to which my friend & i shouted back with encouraging words & flat out saying to not listen to her own mother's insults. we were going to talk to the daughter to make sure she was okay & the mother separately and tell her she shouldn't be putting this "i'm ugly" image into her young daughters head; but the next time we walked out of the fitting room, they were gone. the mom should've checked herself before even saying a word to her daughter looking "terrible" but that's far from the point. the point is how fragile your self esteem is & what you say can & WILL hurt & destroy how you see yourself, ESPECIALLY if it's coming from your own mother. at being such a young age, clothes already fit weird or don't fit at all & finding your own sense of style and how to express yourself through clothes is already hard enough & to have anybody, (especially mothers or anybody you should look up to), already bashing how you look is absolutely horrific. i really hope that little girl is okay & i truly hope she knows and sees how beautiful she is. read more

I'm never impressed with UO when I go in. They do have some fun stuff, and the clothing is all kinds of cool but its so overpriced. That $60 vintage looking tee is on ebay for $9 and its the real authentic vintage one not a knock off like the ones in UO. The staff is the usual tattoeed, gum chewing, could care less, would rather be at an Occupy Whatever rally, hipster that they usually just ignore you when you come in. read more

This isn't the greatest Urban I've ever been to, but it's definitely not the worst. First off, let's start with the size - it's tiny! Because of the small scale of the physical store, they don't have a huge selection of items; that's probably my biggest issue with this location. Every time I've come in, I haven't left with a purchase in hand. I never really find what I want or need at this store. Secondly, the staff here isn't quick to help. I've really only ever seen a greeter and a cashier. They both stay at their designated posts and don't move away from them much. It can be disappointing, but at the same time, I usually know what I'm there looking for when I visit. Moral of the story: don't get your hopes too high when coming in here. Though they may have what you need, they don't always have the greatest selection or the greatest staff to help you look. read more

She had pink hair at the register and single handily helped me order stuff online to ship to my house. Apologized for the wait as expected. Made sure I was satisfied before I left. unfortunately, this review will be similar to the one i wrote for the urban outfitters at legacy place in dedham, which opened fairly recently (within the last year or so). these multiple openings of urban outfitters in malls is analogous to a paint-by-number monet. i remember when urban outfitters stores were only located in hard-to-reach (by car) (really) urban areas and had employees who were genuine artsy types who were really struggling artists or what-have-you. these stores has character; they had this real feeling of authenticity from the cracks in the glass exterior to the obscure punk music playing in the background. nowadays, these things are blatantly manufactured. the employees are right out of high school, decked out in clothes full of man-made holes, but yet yielding iphones and such. i don't know...it's just not the same. this particular store just opened recently. the artificial-ness was in full effect. it was full of teenagers with their mothers patiently waiting outside the dressing room. per usual, the clothing was sub par in quality, but again, made that way on purpose and outrageously over-priced. not surprisingly, right next door is it's more sophisticated anthropologie; it's like an exhibit of multiple personality in store form (anthro is full of the same young crowd of employees, only these ones not only accept the fact that they are not the struggling artist type- on the contrary, they are the cream of the crop, too highbrow to talk to you as you walk in with your less-than-perfect outfit which didn't cost you $500+. i'm rambling now and this review is telling me that maybe i am just getting older and things aren't the way they used to be. sad, really. read more

The clothes from here are really a hit or miss. They sometimes sell the strangest merchandise and the prices are insane! However, I do occasionally find something decent for a reasonable price. The items that I mostly purchase is the jewelry and their "apartment" collection". The staff at this location are friendly and the store is well kept. read more

I don't really shop at Urban Outfittiers, but I've been in the store a couple of times. I like their clothing. It's good quality, but it comes at a price. They also carry neat little fun toys that are kinda of useless. It terms of the actual store, I think that the layout is a bit weird in terms that it didn't seem organized in a sophisticated manner. But I'll probably walk in, here and there, but not to really buy anything. read more

Normally I love UO but this particular location barely has any good items. In the sale section they just have multiples of the same items, which is very frustrating; in addition their sale section is tiny compared to the one at the legacy place. My biggest issue with this place are the employees. They are so incompetent; its not the difficult to remove security tags off the items. Every single time I have been to this location the alarm has gone off due to the employees not removing the security tags. I work in retail and things like should be second nature by now. I probably will never buy anything at this location again. read more
