The entire timeline went very quickly: - Tues: contacted, viewed the unit, application submitted in the PM - Wed: processing - Thu: approved in the AM, lease sent in the PM - Fri: lease signed While I would not always get text responses immediately, I would always hear back by the end of the day. Nelson was very helpful with anything I needed clarified, and went over every single page of the lease with me in person to ensure that I understood it. Before anything was signed or checks were handed over, he ensured that I had his license number and provided the government webpage to verify him. It was the most taken care of I have felt for any lease signing! He has a longstanding relationship with the landlord in my case and has made himself available to stay in contact and help coordinate things as I get settled. I may update this in the future if I have any deeper insights on what working with him is like after move-in. Overall, I can highly recommend him!

I tried to request a tour through Trulia, and the dingus didn't notice it was me again and tried to book me on the SAME SUNDAY at the SAME TIME. He couldn't meet me but said the super would be opening it up, then closing it up. I asked how would I get into the building. Then, he says, 'Just ring any bell someone will let you into the building.' Now I can see this is a scam already because real realty and property managers use more professional ways of showing spaces when someone isn't there which is highly unusual and unlikely. They all were actually very good, I picked the one that was closest to my work and I scheduled showing. I met with Marvin and he was incredibly professional, honest and upfront. He answered to all my questions and showed me apartment, literally everything was clear and transparent for me. There was no weird feeling like with other agents I met recently and he was responding very fast to my messages. I applied in the evening and the next day in the morning i got the answer that I approved. It was very quick, specially when I didn't have much time left to find a new place, they just literally saved me!
