The electrical crew was equally impressive--so much so that we plan to use them for future projects. The landscaping and irrigation teams also did a great job, following up after the fence and sod were completed to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. It meant a lot to have Chad and Zack stop by several times during the project to ensure everything was meeting our expectations and to take care of any remaining checklist items. Their involvement showed a level of commitment you don't often see. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide manuals and pool information up front and offer a starter kit with chemicals and cleaning essentials--maybe even include it as part of a "package price." Despite Minnesota's unpredictable weather, our pool was installed in just under four weeks, and my family has been enjoying being able to cool off with the hot weather we've had as of late! I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly professional and personable everyone was. They did a stellar job replacing everything and I had no idea how big of a difference this upgrade would make. I had an appointment quickly, and the gentleman came out on Friday morning. I had been given a 9 - 11 window. Since I was working from home, I wasn't too concerned. I showed him the washer in the basement and gave him as much detail as I could on what was happening. Not long after leaving him to his work, he came back up to let me know that a part was needed to repair the machine and that the cost would be $75. I was happy to hear that it wasn't going to cost me a lot to get the machine fixed or learn that I'd have to replace it. He left to get the part and had everything done a short time afterward. The total cost of the visit was $190 (there is a visit fee separate from any parts that might be needed). He ran the machine before leaving to ensure that everything was working as it should. I was quite happy to get caught up on my laundry over the weekend. If/when the dryer starts to fail, Anderson will be my first and only call.
