It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.

On my recent visit here I was taken back by how many times I was engaged by employees who offered assistance. They had great selections for every area in my yard, whether it be shady, sunny, or somewhere in between. In addition to plants, they had gloves, yard tools, decor, and more! Pretty much almost anything you could need. They also had some pretty cool moss birdhouses, one of which came home with me! Calloway's has fairly reasonable prices, on most things. I have shopped here for years and never had a problem with anyone, was always impressed by the selection and even the value. But one bad experience can change the whole impression of a place and and destroy years of reputation building in a consumer's mind. So here is what happened. Two visits ago we were hounded by them to join their loyalty program and while I hate the spam that usually comes along with joining those things, we went ahead and joined as it seemed important to the business. This time when we came, my wife forgot and did not tell them we were members when she approached the register. UNLIKE THEIR COMPETITORS, THEY DID NOT ASK IF WE WERE MEMBERS. After the transaction, my wife remembered and informed the person at the register (who I believe is one of the owners) that she was a member and got a truly shockingly bad response from a customer relations perspective. She was told that it was too late, and that it was her responsibility to tell them before the transaction and that they could not add the purchase points to the membership. To be clear, while not getting the points is part of it, the biggest part of it was the attitude with which this was put back on us. Seems like a little thing I know, but it's the little things become big things that affect whether I ever want to return to a place that we literally have spent thousands of dollars at in the past.

The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.
