I have not gone there for a while, they have made a lot of upgrades, looks a lot better than before. Very good selections of plants and flowers.small selection of vegetables. I went there couple weeks ago, very happy with my purchase ,the price were good but disappointed with the service provided by the checkout staff, she was not friendly.

I love this place. I have noticed that during Covid-19 that one of my "escapes" is gardening. I am getting a lot of things done at the house, but my true escape is gardening. In all of this, based on quality, selection and price, Christina's has quickly emerged as a top place in my book. I also like that they have a knowledgeable staff that is friendly and helpful. In keeping up with the times, they have marked the grounds with 6 feet intervals and supplied hand sanitizer to their customers. They also give you 15% off with a Yelp check-in. This is my go-to place for sure!

I stopped here after I had stopped at Lowe's because it was across the street. This place is okay. Not much selection of succulents or houseplants. Prices were not particularly great. The lady there was not very helpful-didn't get her name. I asked her if they had a certain house plant, and she said there's a few houseplants inside. Another guy came after me and asked her if they had any rosemary bushes, and she said no we don't have. Not very helpful-didn't offer any more information or when they might get any. Not sure I would come back for anything since Calloway's is right down the road and offers a better selection and more variety.

What a gem, beautiful plants and excellent service. Loved being able to support a local, family business. Loved the care and attention walking me around and helping me find the best plants for my garden. Highly recommend.

His staff members are always super helpful and friendly. If one does no the answer, they will ask someone who does. Let's go to the value at all of their locations. I price shop all of the garden stores in the area, from Lowe's, Home Depot to Christiana's and more. Calloways has the best pricing for fuller, thicker herbs then anyone else in town their pricing on herbs are almost $2.00 less then Home Depot and or Lowe's these days, and they look so much better. Christiana's might be cheaper but the lack of thickness and fullness of their herbs are just putting you behind by a month or more. Trust me, go look. The organization at Calloways also just makes it easier to find the herbs and flowers quickly and easily compared to big box stores. The variety is unmatched at this location, Custer location and the North Plano location as well. I shop all locations as I look for the most beautiful flowers I can find. Calloways has come a long way over the decades. They have now become some of the most competitive flowers, herbs and vegetables specialists with great overall value. Go give them a try and if you have go back and try them again after you shop those big store brands. Be sure to sign up for their deals and email notifications. While this place has gotten better in selection and value with its new ownership, my experience has been that it has gone down the toilet in customer service, at least at the register. I have shopped here for years and never had a problem with anyone, was always impressed by the selection and even the value. But one bad experience can change the whole impression of a place and and destroy years of reputation building in a consumer's mind. So here is what happened. Two visits ago we were hounded by them to join their loyalty program and while I hate the spam that usually comes along with joining those things, we went ahead and joined as it seemed important to the business. This time when we came, my wife forgot and did not tell them we were members when she approached the register. UNLIKE THEIR COMPETITORS, THEY DID NOT ASK IF WE WERE MEMBERS. After the transaction, my wife remembered and informed the person at the register (who I believe is one of the owners) that she was a member and got a truly shockingly bad response from a customer relations perspective. She was told that it was too late, and that it was her responsibility to tell them before the transaction and that they could not add the purchase points to the membership. To be clear, while not getting the points is part of it, the biggest part of it was the attitude with which this was put back on us. Seems like a little thing I know, but it's the little things become big things that affect whether I ever want to return to a place that we literally have spent thousands of dollars at in the past.

Once you walk in, it is kind of sensory overload. There is a "food court" right up front with several options. Hamburgers, tacos, pizza, sandwiches, sushi, gelato, and more. Plenty to choose from. I also went back to the bakery and checked out their assorted baked goods. I was underwhelmed. They looked phenomenal but they were average size, etc. But the prices were outrageous. More expensive that San Diego prices which kind of surprised me. I ended up getting a hamburger. The chef was very nice, friendly, made me laugh. He built me a fantastic bleu bonnet burger. It was tasty, flavorful, filling. It was cooked a little more than I would normally want, but still yummy. the Brioche Bun was good, but did fall apart a little bit. Maybe warming it on the grill had something to do with that. I went with a combo that included a drink cup for the help yourself drink station. The drink station had interesting flavors I have never seen before, and some old standards like coke, diet coke, sprite. The combo also included crinkle cut fries. They were warm, golden brown, delicious but they were a little overdone. Definitely needed some ketchup to help eat them. The staff at the checkout lines were smiling, laughing, friendly, and when they had to check out one of their coworkers, you could see the strong camaraderie amongst the employees. It looks like a fun place to work and the team works well together. I got dessert at another place in town. Enjoy the photos.
