Ordered through Grubhub this past Saturday: I had the Cranberry Brie sandwich and came with a side salad, vinaigrette dressing. The cranberry Brie is made out of roasted turkey meat,French Brie(best cheese ever) housemade cranberry chutney, arugula, and herb aioli. My sandwich arrived on time, warm and Brie melting which was delicious. I didn't feel heavy afterwards and it satiated me. The side salad is simple yet delicious once you add the dressing on top. I am not happy this time. I feel a bit bamboozled since I last time I ordered everything was so great but the quality this time was not it. First off such a small piece of salmon, really? You charged the same price as last time it should be the same right? Also the salmon was hard and cold. The rice was hard. And it's not like we were late to pick it up and that is why the food is this way, we got there and they were still making it, so it should have been fresh. Another issue I am having is all the up charges, every little thing costs extra, even substitutions. Some of it makes sense like changing the protein, or adding extra ingredients, however, they charge a significant price for doing so. I got a sandwich, which comes with a side salad, if I wanted to change the dressing it would cost me $.50 cents more which doesn't make sense cause on their regular salads you can choose whatever dressing you want. Also, I decided to get tomato soup, tell me why it was $5 for a super small cup, which it was good but not worth $5 especially when you already are charging a high price for the sandwich itself. I think this would all be okay if the quality was the same as last time, but it definitely wasn't. I do like the options this place has, it's healthy, Whole Foods, so I do want to still try more, but yeah I am disappointed this time. read more

No one would help us order. I don't eat cilantro, but I don't know what they put it in. All I wanted to do was ask what I can I that doesn't have cilantro in it. Super unsatisfied. If you for whatever reason decide to come here, don't get the pastrami sandwich, it is simply bad. The pastrami meat is not only super thickly sliced but also very chewy. The bread for the sandwich isn't good either, and the overall flavor of the sandwich is very underwhelming. It was just barely edible, and the salad side had a vinaigrette that was tasty enough to save that part. Place itself was fine - no line and food served pretty quick (5-10 minutes). I did a mobile order pickup in store, as I walked in the cashier told me to head on back and I'll find it on the cart, it wasn't there but it was getting packed up. The lady packing the to go orders, showed me the difference between the breads so I knew it was actually gluten free. I got the California on gluten free bread, I've never had focaccia bread before so I didn't really know what to expect. I will say it does taste like it's gluten free and it doesn't fall apart, though the ingredients inside do. Let's just say I didn't have enough napkins for how messy this sand-which gets! Besides the mess it was actually really good, all the veggies were fresh and the melted cheese tied it all in. You also get a side salad, not a big fan of arugula, can also be changed for chips for an extra fee. We stopped by Urbane Café on Golden Valley and had a delicious lunch. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and we were warmly greeted when we arrived. Our food was prepared and brought to us very quickly. Manager Mike personally delivered our meal, was very personable, and even cleared our plates when we were finished. I ordered the pesto and sun-dried tomato sandwich which I had it a day before at the Studio City location. The service was great as I have expected. It's not too loud to wait for your food. The sandwich was not as good as the one I had in Studio City. I ordered the same sandwich but something was off about this sandwich. I think bread was not as good as the other location. I was kind of disappointed. I would like to try the different location next time. Other than that, I will wait until the workday to go back to the studio city location. I always get the power veggie bowl! It's delicious, IF, myself or my Fiancé, remembers to tell them NOT to add cilantro. It does not say anywhere on the menu description for this item that it comes with cilantro. They should state that they add Pico de gallo with corn & black beans. Instead they say say, "corn and black bean salsa"... what kind of salsa is like this? Please change the description. I hate cilantro & it just simply shouldn't even be in this salad. Not only was it fantastic, but I got an extra order of the bread to take home so that my husband would believe me when I say it was incredible! We arrived at the restaurant approximately 15 minutes before closing and after taking order the teller informed us that the dinning room was closed and said we could eat outside in 40 degree weather. I then proceeded to speak to the manager, explaining that we had been traveling for 2 hours and would only need 15 minutes to eat our meal. She simply responded by saying 'sorry'.
