I figured I would not finish the fajita quesadilla, given that the photo of it looked large, and indeed it was! I enjoyed most of it, but I was a bit disappointed. The pricing was fine, but it was a bit pricey for some of the items, I thought, but I am sure prices are going up for food trucks all over. First, everything was piping hot and well packaged. I actually had to take a quick call before eating, and it was still incredibly warm, with some items still hot by the time I got off the phone. The fajita quesadilla was large and well prepared. The sauces that came with it were great, adding wonderful flavor and a slight kick. However, the chicken was a bit dry and bland on its own without the sauces, which surprised me. The bell peppers and onions were only on one side of the quesadilla, so the flavor was uneven. The same with the chicken taco, the chicken was a bit dry. Because of the dryness, it did take away from the enjoyment of the two dishes. The beef taco was excellent. The beef had a wonderful flavor, a balance of seasoning, and was not dry. The onions and cilantro, as well as the sauce that came with it, were a perfect touch. I really enjoyed the taco from the corn tortilla to the toppings. It was the best among all the items. Then, the cheese dip. I was incredibly disappointed in the cheese dip. There was no flavor, no spice, no heat, nothing. I was absolutely shocked. I enjoy a good cheese dip with a kick, even a slight kick. This one had zilch, even though I saw one jalapeno in it. Overall, I was a bit disappointed. The presentation was excellent, and the photo of their food looked better than many taco trucks, but the flavor just wasn't there for the chicken items or the cheese dip. If I had to eat there again, I would have the beef taco and try other items outside of chicken.
