Urgent Drain performed a jet, a snake and a cam inspection on my sewer main line in about half years time. I know my sewer line has been having problems of back flow and the cam inspection indicated that there is a very bad dip. After the 2nd snake i decided to dig it out and replace majority of the sewer line and I went with them. The jet and snake sessions all happened on the same day I called after the back flow. Excavation and replacement happened within a week of time for permitting. All 3 services were fast, on time, and professionally done. This morning we discovered our basement slop sink wasn't draining and I couldn't get to the clog. I called Rob due to the great reviews on yelp. He called me back almost immediately and he gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote and we agreed on a time when they would arrive. Absolutely AMAZING plumber!! I called late at night last night with a plumbing emergency. I have been experiencing flooding in my basement for several days. Robert was so kind; he patiently listened to my concerns and explained his recommendations. I was impressed that he could fit me in for the next day in the morning. I had to replace a kitchen sink faucet and I got in contact on a Saturday, and he came Monday morning, exactly on time. Price was absolutely affordable and the job was done super quick. It was not an easy job as the space was very tight due to a garbage disposal being in the way. There was a problem with the hot water line being too short and he was able to completely solve it without having to leave and get a new part and potentially costing me more. I hired Rob and his son after they assured me that the reason why water/sewage was seeping from the base of my toilet was a clogged pipe, not the sewage line like what two young men from a business in South Orange, NJ, said. Jerry and Shawn quoted me over $600 to snake the sewer line and secure my toilet to the bathroom floor. I turned them away, even after Jerry asked if $500 was acceptable. Rob and junior came 5 minutes later, inspected my my sewage system and bathroom pipes, and got started right away. Rob explained everything before and during the service. He even educated me on preventative measures, i.e., use septic-friendly tissue, even for non-septic systems, and to have my pipes redone to correct the 90-degree angle. Why only 4 stars?
