Every member of staff I saw was extremely caring and helpful. I am a hard stick but the nurses patiently took their time and found a vein without poking me multiple times. Update: Looks like they monitor their Yelp reviews though. Within a few minutes of posting review, I was taken to an exam room by the receptionist. Within 30 minutes, they responded to my review. Unfortunately, I waited another two hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner who apologized for the long wait. She was the only one on duty, no doctor, and this was on a Friday afternoon which a staff member told me tends to be very busy. So bottom line is they care more about how they look online rather than staffing for the care of their patients. I'll go to the ER if I have another worker's comp injury.
