The stylist was very nice but unfortunately I am not happy at all with the haircut. the layers are very choppy and the "face framing" is just the large front section of my hair cut an inch and a half shorter than the rest with minimal blending into the rest of the length. There's even a section cut so short it looks like I have a patch missing (see photos). I called for a refund and offered photos but the customer service manager said per their policy, they don't refund. This isn't stated clearly on the booking site however it is in their FAQ section so just wanted to post the review to make others aware of the policy to avoid the frustration i'm feeling. She offered to book me an apt with someone else to fix it as part of their "satisfaction guarantee" but this was my first time there and if this was the work of one of their senior employees, then I'm not inclined to trust them again.
